I was treated very well by Sam the person I spoke to at CPS,was given a very good price, almost two hundred pounds less than my previous supplier for the same amount of heating oil,ordered Friday oil delivered Tuesday , got a text and e mail the evening before, I phoned on the day and asked what time it would be delivered and Sam the same chap who took my order said he would contact the driver who would contact me,and a few minutes later he did ,and arrived spot on the time he said, unfortunately didn't get name of driver but a very pleasant chap,very happy with the service I received from CPS from start to finish.

CPS deliver excellent quality heating oil (jet) that works very well in an AGA where the AGA will last for a year before decoke service is needed. Other fuels will coke up an AGA in 3months.
The AGA has a vaporising burner installed and this fuel is ideal as it burns so cleanly

Good service
Ordering was easy, estimated ‘delivery by’ date. Text message the night before to confirm delivery. With the war going on, we appreciated delivery could be an issue and we had 2 notifications to say to prepare for delivery but nothing came, however 3 time lucky and within the timeframe originally quoted. Would’ve been nice to receive a message to confirm they’d been unable to deliver as expected on the two occasions, but no communication until the new text delivery date. On the whole, good service.
