Excellent service !!! It’s been a really long time since I’ve been treated in such a professional manner from a courier company ! As soon as they received my package from ZARA for delivery, they kept me updated on its status. Next day it was delivered at my door. Meanwhile, when I called them to re-schedule the delivery time, I’ve been on hold only for 2 minutes, which happens almost never with most courier companies ! The lady on the phone was very polite and the package was delivered later the same day !

Worst courier ever! 10+ days delay, still not received my package. They never answer emails and phones! I waited 30 minutes on the phone.

waiting on the line for around 10 minutes and after they closed the call. basically they don't have costumer support and noone to contact with.

Pathetic experience i ordered with expedited delivery they lied to me about the delivery times never showed up and send me a message saying they weren't able to reach me avoid this company at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Parcel was supposed to be delivered at my home address. Instead they sent a message that they couldn't deliver the parcel which is not the case as I was at home all day and now I have to go to a point of their choice to get the package. Of course I won't even bother. Totally useless "company" and liars.

Same city order took 5 days - one of the worst services ever!!
1.On Monday morning I ordered 2 products from a pharmacy in Athens and it took 5 days to be delivered in Athens just few streets apart. I really expected to be delivered same day or the next day max. Probably if I would have ordered from another country, it would be delivered faster.
2. I called several times per day both phone numbers from this company, and after 2 min of wasting my time at the phone, on and on - the call stops without being able to reach someone for 4 consecutive days-that gives you the feeling of been ripped off.
3.The courier guy was very polite and smiley - I hope he gets his salary at least, on time!!! lol

2 weeks and still waiting I guess!
I even tried to cancel the package while it was still here, the next day( today) it was send to Athens, and as they say tomorrow it will reach its destination, which is useless now!!! As it should have arrived ages ago! I do not trust them, and I don’t even wanna know how long it will take for them to return it back to me!

Πρόκειται για την πιο χάλια μεταφορική, μόλις με ενημέρωσαν ότι το πακέτο μου λόγω αδυναμίας παράδοσης στην διεύθυνση μου παραδόθηκε σε clever point στο κέντρο του Πειραιά εγώ όμως ήμουν στο σπίτι και τους περίμενα και δεν σηκώνουν τηλεφωνο....

Worst courier in Greece, they never delivered, I was home all day. I received a message that they couldn't find me, while they never rang the bell. I know have to go to a place of their choice to pick it up. That's not what I paid for. Horrible service.

Very bad courrier company. They are late delivering, and wont even allow you to pick it up yourself.

Μακρία για κανένα λόγο.
3/12 δημιουργία tracking number και 16/12 η ίδια ακριβώς κατάσταση.
Μακρία και δεν συνεργάζονται ούτε με αίτηση .

I could have spent 1/5 of the time if I had gone to pick up the item myself. I had to cancel my order after 15 days.
