Μία από τις χειρότερες εταιρίες κρίμα που η cosmote χρησιμοποιεί αυτή την εταιρία. Την πρώτη φορά; που έστειλα στο εξοχικό το ρουτερ δεν έφτασε ποτέ έφερε ο τεχνικός αλλά ρουτερ και δεν φτάνει ότι δεν το έφεραν ποτέ δεν το έστειλαν πίσω με αποτέλεσμα να με χρέωση ή cosmote διπλό ρουτερ. Τώρα περιμένω να στείλουν τον εξοπλισμό για cosmote tv δεν μπορώ να βρω που είναι το δέμα γιατί είμαι μια ώρα στο τηλέφωνο και δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο να μιλήσω με κάποιον να δω τι γίνεται δεν μπορώ να δώσω - 10 αστέρια αλλιώς θα το έκανα. Να το κλείσετε το μαγαζί είστε απαράδεκτοι.

The best courier service in Greece for me!I use them many times and everything arrived on time the next day from around Greece.Also they offered the most detailed tracking info!Also the persons who delivered the packages are professionals and very polite!Great courier service! Highly recommended!

Μαζί με ταχυδρομικη ότι χειρότερο .
Μου εστελειαν μήνυμα 9-15 για παραλαβή 10-17.30
Έχασα το μεροκάματο γιατί άφησα την δουλειά μου,πέρασαν για παραδώσει κ επειδή δεν έχει έχει το όνομα μου στο κουδουνη (μόλις έχω μετακομίσει) έφυγαν, δεν πήραν ούτε ένα τηλ να κατέβω να το πάρω . Έπαιρνα τηλ κ είχα 20λεπτα αναμονή κ μετα έπεφτε η γραμμή .ούτε στο τηλ δεν μπορούσα να μιλήσω μαζί τους .. Αίσχος

ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.
They never delivered the package.
They said they tried, but I was home all day long waiting for them and didn't hear any door bell.
When I call their customer center to complain, they said they will deliver again tomorrow.
But also next day I was waiting FOR NOTHING.
THE COURIER NEVER DELIVERED THE PACKAGE.
IM GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS IN THE SHOP AND NEXT TIME I WILL ASK THE SHOP WHAT COURRIER THEY USING AND IF THEY TELL ME THIS ONE, I WILL NOT ORDER

I would give 0 stars if I could. Parcel was supposed to be delivered at my home address. Instead they sent a message that they couldn't deliver the parcel which is not the case as I was at home all day and now I have to go to a point of their choice to get the package.

Horrible! They didn't deliver my parcel home and they wanted me to go their office for no reason at all. It has never happened to me before.

terrible service! in the tracking page they claimed I wasn't reachable and I didn't answer the phone. BIG LIE!!! I am working from home!!!! and my phone is always with me and it is working. I called them many many times and I wrote several emails every day but NO ANSWER!!! I contact them on Facebook and they blocked me!!! I went to AGIOS NIKOLAOS and they told me that they couldn't give me my parcel because they didn't have internet connection!!! I told them I would stay there until my parcel was found. In the meantime many other people came in with the same problem and one of them even called the Police, after that the miracle happened! they started to find our packages... I never seen such behavior.

Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση, αργές παραδόσεις και αγένεια από το προσωπικό.

Είναι τεράστια ντροπή να μιλά κανείς με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και να του λένε "το δέμα σου είναι στις αποθήκες μας. Ξέρουμε ότι έχουμε καθυστερήσει πολύ αλλά δεν ξέρουμε πότε η αποθήκη μας θα το παραδώσει στο κατάστημα από όπου θα το πάρει οδηγός για να το φέρει." Ντροπή είναι βέβαια και για τις εταιρείες που σας χρησιμοποιούν!

Please don’t use this courier.horrible services.they don’t answer the phone and there is no way to communicate with customer service representative.especially if you have urgent parcels do not waste your time

Επιλέξτε οποιαδήποτε άλλη μεταφορική εκτος απο αυτούς…αν το πάτε
οι ίδιοι με τα πόδια θα φτάσει πιο γρήγορα…απλά αναξιόπιστοι και δεν απαντάνε ποτέ…

I still have not received a parcel that was sent on 17th of July (15 days later...)
But the real problem is that they do not even answer on phone or emails...

A pharmacy in Salonica sent me something on 25/7.
This item is stuck in Athens since 26/7. No further news in their site. Twice i sent them email but still no answer.
Tried to call them on 2107512000 (mentioned in their site) I could get no response.

The one star only because they sent me messages about the delivery of my item. Other than that, nonexistent customer service, spent in total 2.5 hours waiting on the line to get access to a representative, got in Patissia the item I bought in Paiania after 6 days. Unacceptable! Never again.

Really fast service. Also, the person who delivered the package was really professional and polite.

Horrible Service. Delivered €350 product to the wrong address, the wrong person without calling on the phone on the order. Three days later and the order is still lost although supposedly delivered.

Απαραδεκτοι. Παρεδωσαν 350€ παραγγελία σε λάθος άτομο, σε λάθος διεύθυνση χωρις να παρουν τηλέφωνο. Τρεις μερες μετα και η παραγγελία στα αζήτητα.

I would give zero if I could. They say they were here but never bothered to knock on my door, they tried to call me I missed the call I was in the bathroom I called the driver straight away he never bothered to answer after calling him 6 times during the day I called the office the women was so rude saying it was my fault and screaming at me, I asked her name, and she refused to give it to me. I get deliveries from all over and this place has the worst customer service

the only courier in greece that did what they promised. great communication and arrived when they promised.

Πως λέμε DHL η UPS ? Kαμμία σχέση δυστυχώς ,
κάκιστη και αγενής αντιμετώπιση προς τον πελάτη
απο την "υποδοχή" του καταστήματος Χαλανδρίου,
τι απρέπεια και κρίμα :(
