Excellent and very prompt service in replacing my mum’s hearing aid via an insurance claim. All completed within one week. It was great to speak to an actual person on the phone. The appointment was confirmed and the audiologist who made a home visit was lovely and very kind with my mum. There was also a follow up visit 2 weeks later to check everything was ok. Which it was. Very good company to deal with. Paul, the Audiologist arrived promptly and was so patient and kind with my Mum who has macular degeneration as well as such bad hearing. All sorted within 45 minutes. Highly recommend thus company for hearing aids.

The Audiologist turned up on time he explained what he was tasked to do then proceeded to carry out the process of testing my hearing and matching the new hearing aid all very comfortably. A very efficient and good humoured experience.

From the moment countrywide hearing first got in contact through the insurance company after a hearing aid lost, they have been nothing but professional and informative. Peter the gentleman how carried out the fitting of the replacement hearing aid was also professional, polite and understanding. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the initial contact by phone ( yes I actually spoke with a real person straight away) the process on my claim was first class. It took 1 week from the phone call to the audiologist Paul visiting me at home with the replacement hearing aids, fitted very professionally.
