Great customer service & good communication

We have been feeding our Working Lab and Cocker on Cotswolds 80/20 and wild range, for a year +
Quality is always outstanding, both dogs love all of the flavours (but love the wild range the most!)
custom service and delivery is first class!
but for us, the best part
coats are so shiny, no bad breath, no wind, healthy and happy dogs and any check up at the vets, they always say how healthy they are, perfect weight etc,

This food was enjoyed by both my dogs and it looked and smelled good.
However sadly there was just too much vegetable content,especially the carrot and it ran through them both.
I have had to stop using it now,which is a shame.

Bought a sample box of mixed cat food. Unfortunately our Bengals will not go near any of the meat varieties. We mixed it with their usual Purrform and put their favourite licky treat on top, but no. As they won't even try it, it must be the smell that puts them off. Never experienced this before. A disappointing and expensive trial.

It's difficult to accurately rate Cotswold Raw because I believe they're a good company.

The Food (cat food): 4 stars
(Chicken: 5 stars, Turkey: 5 stars , Rabbit: 1 star)
Rabbit (may have been a bad batch) is very very dry like sawdust and is overly filled with bone chunks. Tried two different packs but my cats - who otherwise like rabbit - threw up after eating it both occasions, with one of them being sick for 2 days after the meal. I had to throw out all the rabbit meat :(

From ordering to delivery everything was great! Their own delivery driver, their customer service is excellent, whole team seems to be very friendly, nice people.

Packaging: 2 stars
Packaging is terrible in terms of practicality. It takes up unnecessarily large space. If you've planned bulk buying be prepared that packaging makes it twice the size of the actual food product.

The new dried meat treats are good value and my dog loves them

We ordered cat food, Turkey and Rabbit, for our cats. Out cats are already fed raw diet and will eat any meat or fish so far, but not Cotswold. They have had a taste with a bit of encouragement from me, but they spit out/let drop large pieces of bone. We have tried to introduce it in small quantities mixed into their usual meat, even adding liver that they love but they will attempt to avoid the Cotswold's pieces and if not possible they will just not eat at all. These cats will eat most of the ingredients that I can see in the mix so I am just at a loss. Maybe it is a texture thing as Cotswold is very claggy/stodgy.

Excellent quality food and prompt delivery

An excellent service from Cotswold Raw. I was unable to get to my usual stockists so I ordered online on a Wednesday night and delivery was made on Friday morning. I was notified with a delivery window and arrived on time really well packaged as its frozen. My dog Oakley loves Cotswold Raw dog food. Will definitely use the online store again.

Now we feed our Cavapoo, Stanley, with food from Cotswold Raw, we would never go back to other dog food. He absolutely loves all the mixes and clears his plate every day. He is very healthy and full of energy which we put down to his diet.thank you.

A first class provider of raw dog food. I have been dealing with this company for almost 5 years. I ue there subscription service and on the rare occasion I need to contact their office - the support staff are brilliant.

Unfortunately the bad weather delayed delivery and when I received it the box was broken. The packets of food though were undamaged and mostly frozen. I am however still waiting for the promised containers for the food as this was my first order

I have been feeding Cotswold over several years now, my 6 dogs do very well on their range, I highly recommend butchers block, active, and wild. The meats all smell fresh and the supplements are favourable.
I recently suggested that they reduce the root veg there is far too much in each pack and make the pieces of carrot much smaller as they do not get digested, they just go through the dogs, and I’d like to see more blitzed kale, which dogs do very well on. Altogether, a quality product, and my pack would endorse that sentiment.❤️🐾
