The Cotswold Company - Kingston Upon Thames Recenzje

What a Fab Company. You can get through to customer service so easily. They are so nice and polite and helpful. I had furniture delivered by Ian & Bryan and they were absolutely fantastic. The furniture is beautiful. The Cotswold Company is probably my favourite company!

I’m so happy that we have The Cotswold Company in Kingston. I really enjoy visiting the store, even when I don’t have any plans to buy anything! The customer service is always excellent, and I always feel comfortable, welcome and never pressured. The staff are fantastic — Cris, Mira and Flogerta.

This Saturday, Flogerta was particularly fantastic. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely. She wasn’t pushy at all and even gave me some fabric samples to take home so I could take my time and think about what I really wanted.
The bed frame I was looking for wasn’t available to see in the store, but Flogerta didn’t hesitate to help. She showed me the new models available on the website and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I felt so comfortable and well looked after that I went back the following day and placed my order for the bed frame. Now I’m just waiting for it to be delivered! 😊

Thank you, Flogerta, for such a lovely experience

Excellent service. We attended 15 minutes before closing time on Saturday & received first-class service & attention from Krasimira despite the late hour.

We bought 4 items of furniture from Cotswolds, which were delivered today. Our small bookcase, bedside tables and occasional table look very nice and are solid and well-made.

Very friendly and helpful service. Beautiful products.

Fantastic customer service at the Kingston shop! Thank you Cris.

I recently visited the Kingston branch.
The store looks amazing . The staff were really helpful. On both occasions, as I had to return on of my items, the transaction was quick and efficient.

We went into store to look for new furniture and the help we recieved from Cris was invaluable! Excellent advice and not pushy at all. After we left the store, he continued to help us over email to get everything we wanted ordered! Thanks again!

Very pleased with the whole the Cotswold Company experience. From ordering to delivery - top class. We’ve ordered several items and delivery has been particularly smooth. Special shout out to Mai for help with the order and Charlie, Siu-Pai and Raj for their careful and respectful delivery of our furniture.

Very relaxing whilst helpful at the same time. Michael very knowledgeable. Defo coming back.

Wondrrful service from Ilda in the Kingston shop, then great delivery guys today. On time, helpful and polite. Pointed out a chip in one item and took it back. Cotswold were immediately in contact to apologise and to replace, even with a different range item if I wanted. Couldn't get better!

Great customer service. Cris was knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. Good range available in the store so you can see the different wood colours etc. Made a decision and bought a shoe cabinet!

Cris and Ilda at the Cotswold branch in Kingston provided outstanding service. Cris understood our budget and was extremely helpful in ensuring we purchased the best value products. Cris ensured great communications around d delivery date and specific timing which was “above and beyond”. A great overall experience and we will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very pleased with my purchases & their very careful delivery & assembling

Cris was really helpful with his advice, before preparing a quote for us to use to measure-up and confirm. He followed up and got us sorted. Great service!

Made two trips to shop in order to be thoroughly satisfied with our choice. Help received was invaluable

Ilda and Michael at Kingston branch were a great help and helped me kit out two bedrooms entirely. They mad the experience much less stressful and answered all my questions. Hope next stage of the process goes as well ...........

Krasi gave us such a warm welcome as we arrived. Her welcome - and the lovely layout of this super shop - made a lovely difference to the whole experience.

As we had done some research online before visiting the shop, Krasi could not have been kinder - not only showing us to the two pieces of furniture that we had come to see so as to make a final decision as to which to buy, but moving them side by side so that we could clearly see the differences and pick a favourite. Fabric swatches too!

Krasi was completely across everything we asked about - fabrics and their advantages and disadvantages, colours, styles, costs etc.

She made it very easy for us to work out which would be the best for our home and we now eagerly await delivery in just a few weeks!

Thank you Krasi for helping us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
