From the minute i walked in trembling at 645 yesterday morning for my breast reduction uplift and liposuction I was put at ease . As a retired intensive care charge nurse I was petrified as a lot of knowledge is maybe not a good thing.
Every member of staff I met were absolutely lovely and I cannot recommend this hospital and cosmedicare enough. They weren’t the cheapest option but in my opinion now being day 1 post op they were my best choice . I had Will Anderson as my surgeon and kumaar as my anaesthetist . I was first on the list and so so anxious that when I woke up and saw the clock at 11am said I’m not dead !!! I was so relieved to have had the procedure and duly wheeled to my room. The care and attention was second to none and I was as high as kite all day with messages and calls from friends all over the world. I got home at 630 this morning and I cannot praise gill and her team enough for the care I received. Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s great. Well done team I just hope my recovery goes well

I can NOT sing Cosmedicare’s praises enough. I had a breast augmentation 1 month ago. From my consultation, to my surgery date aswell as my follow up appointment- the team have been absolutely great. So informative, caring & nothing is too much. I am healing well& have been in contact with the team each time I’ve had a worry. I had upper blepharoplasty with Mr Will Anderson on 24/09/26 at the Livingston clinic and felt I had to write a review. They also have a clinic in Glasgow.

From making the initial enquiry with the owner Gill to booking the consultation the journey was seamless and easy.

The staff, surgeons and owner absolutely go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothy for you.
They are happy to answer all your questions.

On the day of the surgery I was looked after by the fantastic nurses, Elisabeth, Dave and Jen.

In theatre Mr Anderson made sure the entire procedure was calm, non painful and not at all frightening. The theatre was immaculate.

Following on from the procedure I was given a call the next day to check on me then a follow up appointment a week later to remove the stiches by the nurse Bernie who assured me the wound had healed well.

I cannot recommend this company enough.

If you have something that bothers you then just go ahead and fix it.

I will be going back for CO2 laser and it will again be with Mr Anderson. I shall have no hesitation in using them again in the future should I need anything else.

I’m thrilled with my results! I had an upper blepharoplasty with Mr Robertson in December and couldn’t fault a single aspect of the process. From the friendly reception staff and the attentive check-in nurse to Mr Robertson and the discharge team, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend Cosmedicare to anyone seeking a friendly caring professional company.

Had two cyst removals with Gillian Robertson. From start to finish the full team were fantastic with me. Everything about the procedure and the aftercare was explained in detail before i had the removal. The team on the day from reception to the theatre team were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Got to say a big thanks to the assistant in theatre (Lauryn i believe?) who settled my nerves and kept me calm throughout. Gill the owner was even out at reception welcoming and speaking with other patients. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

After a massive weight loss, I also lost a significant amount of volume in my breasts as well as all my confidence and femininity. I'd been researching surgeons and clinics for a long time and Cosmedicare always came highly recommended. I also have friends and family who have used here and also who have used competitors so was able to take a proper approach when making my decision.

The whole experience from start to now has been nothing short of a dream. From the staff, to the facilities, the communication and the patience, care and understanding I've been shown throughout.

Initially my mind was set on having a particular surgery, but after discussing potential risks and complications, we decided to do this in a two part approach - which left me a little deflated however I trusted the professional opinion of my surgeon. I am so glad I did as not only are my physical results out of this world, my mental wellbeing and confidence are soaring. The two step approach let me reconsider why I wanted my initial outcome and I've been provided with consistent check ups and care on ensuring my decision is going to be the best for me.

Absolutely exceptional care and experience from start to finish. I’ve never had an experience feel so personalised. Gill, the owner, is so invested and genuinely cares about your full experience and the care you receive. The entire team are second to none.

Patient safety was outstanding and the environment was so calming, it honestly didn’t even feel like I was in a hospital. From my PCC Aimee constantly keeping me informed and patiently answering my 1000 questions, to Dan being so thorough throughout my consultation and decision making process, and my full theatre team who were just exceptional.

I woke up with happy tears seeing such caring and friendly faces around me. I’m now 11 weeks post-op and my results truly speak for themselves. Recovery has been amazing, not one issue, and the nurses and team were constantly checking in throughout.

I’m completely over the moon and honestly couldn’t recommend Cosmedicare enough for anyone considering surgery. Thank you so much to the full team xx

I had approached this company for an important surgical procedure and they REFUSED my enquiry telling me for no reason that they cannot meet my requirements. I felt upset insulted and made to feel in a demeaning way.
Disgusting and unjustified manner and unprofessional.

I had Breast Augmentation yesterday and I cannot fault a single thing about the whole process. From my first enquiry until my surgery yesterday everything was explained fully and the 3D images is just amazing. Im 39 and had wanted this surgery for 20 years but kept putting it off but i am over the moon I finally done it. I absolutely cannot recommend Cosmedicare enough! From day one of emailing about an enquiry to the incredible aftercare, Cosmedicare have been phenomenal.

BEFORE
I had a very quick reply after I emailed an enquiry about breast reduction/uplift surgery, I was then able to get booked in for a consultation very quickly after that initial enquiry.
On arrival to Cosmedicare, I was greeted by a very happy/smiley receptionist, then Gill Baird (who is an angel in human form - I cannot explain how lovely this woman is!) welcomed me in to a very tidy, clean and cosy waiting area.
Mr Anderson was my surgeon and was very thorough with my consultation. I felt he listened to any and all of my worries and we had a shared idea of what outcome I wanted from surgery. I was so happy with the consultation that I booked my surgery for a few weeks later!
I had joined Cosmedicare’s Facebook page and I was able to ask any questions I had about the day of surgery and either a member of Cosmedicare or a past patient was able to answer very quickly! The Facebook page is invaluable.

DURING
Day of surgery arrived and again I was greeted by the kindest staff who put my mind at ease and made the entire process so seamless. One minute I was having a proper giggle with the surgery team in the theatre room and the next thing I remember was waking up in aftercare being offered tea and toast (the best thing EVER after having surgery!). I cannot explain how easy surgery day was, it felt like a little spa day.

AFTER
I had a slight complication during my healing (which was no one’s fault, it was just due to anatomy!!) and the team were so quick to book me a post-surgery consultation with Will Anderson who, again, listened to everything I was concerned about and gave me the most incredible aftercare.
The results are even more amazing than I’d ever imagined in my head and I cannot thank every single one of the Cosmedicare team enough - you have literally changed my life for the better.

I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair & liposuction on 28th of October and my whole experience with Cosmedicare has been outstanding. My surgeon Mr Neil Cahoon was such a lovely man very honest & professional I am absolutely over the moon with my results so far! So much so I am planning on coming back for my breast augmentation with the same surgeon! Cannot thank the man enough! Then gill who bent over backwards to get me in surgery asap as she knew I was ready to go she answered every question I had even at 10pm at night she’s an angel! My nurse who looked after me before & after Rachel was outstanding such a lovely girl & kept me laughing the whole time she made my whole experience stress free! Cannot thank her enough 🥰 To be honest the whole team are absolutely outstanding cannot fault them what so ever all so attentive! Easy to arrange, reasonably priced. Susie couldn't have been better. I had a lump removed with no pain, no fuss and great care. So professional. I wish I'd known how easy it would be. I would certainly recommend.

Had C02 laser done by Suzy who was lovely from start to finish ..She kept in touch with me after the procedure. I can’t fault her in anyway explaining everything before and during.

The best experience anyone could ask for when booking a surgery the pre op team are unreal and so supportive the surgeons are the best and go above and beyond and the post op team are absolutely incredible could not of asked for a better supportive team to walk me through my surgery

Very quick response time, with a week I had an appt with the lovely Susan for some aesthetic help. Susan was amazing, Instantly put me at ease, taking the time to explain everything to me clearly. The results so far are subtle which was exactly what I wanted to begin with. I would highly recommend Susan and the team at Cosmedicare.

Final Verdict

Would I recommend Cosmedicare and Mr Cahoon?
Absolutely YES. Despite some small areas for improvement (mainly around communication and post-op care), the results and overall experience have been brilliant.

I had upper blepharoplasty last year with Cosmedicare and was delighted with the results. I have also just had a CO2RE laser and even though it’s still early days, I can see the improvement in my pigmentation already. Lovely, professional staff and a great environment for anyone considering Cosmetic surgery.

From start to finish, my experience with Cosmedicare was absolutely amazing. I initially spoke with owner Gill to talk things through she is a beautiful genuine person inside out. Every single member of staff – from the nurses to the doctors – made me feel so welcomed, calm, and reassured throughout the entire journey. Their care and professionalism were second to none, and I genuinely felt supported every step of the way.

I had an implant removal, uplift, and replacement with the incredibly talented Mr. Cameron Raine, and I truly can’t put into words how thrilled I am with the results. He is an absolute perfectionist – the outcome is better than I could have ever imagined. His attention to detail, skill, and understanding of what I wanted were outstanding.
