I recently purchased a corset from corset story this over bust was in the sale. Everything went smoothly or so I thought. When switching pages I had un knowingly changed the size of my ordered corset. I discovered this when it arrived a few days later. Although the corset was stunning in every way colour size and quality. There was no way it would fit. I contacted customer service team and they explained the full refund process . I poped the corset back in its bag returned. The item. With no hassle at all.
I then decided on a corset dress as the sales item was not actually in the size I required. But so I wasn't disappointed the corset dress I chose came with a discount for the inconvenience I had . This hew order arrived again in a few days . It was absolutely amazing again stunning and the quality was outstanding. A few days after delivery customer service staff even emailed me to check everything was OK. And to make sure I was happy with my purchase via email.
Ok covid cancelled the event the corset dress was for. But I was no way disapointed in the courset dress or the amazing customer service that I received. Their items are of outstanding quality and construction very true to size, sexy. Fun and supportive. Then on top of that they offered amazing customer service not something you often get these days or from an online store. So if you want a corset that worth it all round go to corset story and give them a try 😏

Excellent product but you need to buy the right size

A pesky little technology error meant I had been able to (unknowingly!) purchase a corset unavailable in my desired size. The customer service team let me know ASAP and worked with me to find a solution that was right for me

It looked fabulous! I got it at great price too around 75% off. But I must say the quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend this company.

I've bought corsets from a few other places before finding Corset Story, and they were badly made, cheap plastic bones (despite saying steel bones) and quite expensive for what they were.

Then I found Corset Story and have never looked back, I have brought about 11 corsets from them now (I always wait until there's sales or offers on, one offer was 4 for 3 and if you chose one that was a pre-order, you got an extra discount as well, so with what the corsets should have been worth, compared to how much I paid, I got 4 corsets that should have cost nearly £400 for just over £100), their customer service is fantastic- one of my corsets unfortunately had a steel bone that was starting to come out of the bit it's in, I tried to push it back in but unfortunately couldn't, I contacted them via email and got a standard email back saying they'd respond within 48 hours because it was the weekend (Sunday night), but actually got a the next morning asking if I would like a replacement or refund, I asked if it was possible to get a replacement but unfortunately they didn't have any left in my size, so I found a different one I liked and they sent it out to me straight away, with no postage charge. The original corset I got during one of their offers so it should have been about £40, but with the offer it actually cost about £25, the new one I picked out was £45 (on sale down from £161) and I thought they'd say no, but they sent it out straight away, I received it the next day.

Their returns system is excellent, their customer service is excellent, their deals, offers and sales are excellent, and most importantly of all, their corsets are excellent. One of the corsets I got was a full steel boned one (instead of the spiral steel boned ones I usually get), and because it was in the sale and I had a discount code, it was originally priced at over £100, but I got it for just over £35 which is absolutely fantastic.

I wear my corsets pretty much every day, as I suffer from chronic pain and they give my back great support. I've never found them to be uncomfortable, as I always tell people, as long as they're the right size and aren't over tightened, then they're really supportive and comfy.

I get quite a few comments and compliments on my corsets and people asking where I get them, and I always tell them about Corset Story. I've even managed to convert a few of my friends too, who have previously bought plastic corsets and found them uncomfortable, unsupportive and don't create the hourglass figure that they're meant too, but have convinced them to try Corset Story and they've fallen in love with them too.

I will stick with getting my corsets from Corset Story for as long as they're in business, and I strongly recommend that other people buy from them too as they're absolutely amazing.

I placed one order with this company and I can honestly say I couldn't fault them at anything and will order again! I chose three corsets as part of their special offer and received them very quickly. Sadly one didn't fit and I returned for larger size. Customer service wrote to me saying larger size is out of stock but I can chose another corset from any collection which I did! It came quickly and was a perfect fit!

As a corset lover it’s really refreshing to find a company that knows exactly what they are making. The corsets fit beautifully with minimal discomfort even during moments of high activity (burlesque)

I love Corset Story!! The corsets are beautiful and exquisitely made, I receive very positive comments from people about them. And the customer service is fantastic. I recently wanted to add an extra item to an order I'd previously made and it proved tricky arranging to make the extra payment. The customer service team were brilliant and stuck with the issue until it was finally resolved and my new corset arrived the next day. I am super happy with the service I have received and would highly recommend them!!

I've been using these guys for about 3 years and have been nothing but impressed. The corsets are beautifully made, thete is no quibble about returs/exchanges if they fontvwuite fit and best of all they are fast.
My latest corset arrived in 2 days flat and was exactly what I wanted, really pleased with it.
