From the start, she’s been incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable—always going the extra mile to make sure we understand the steps involved, even when it’s something CorpNet doesn’t directly handle (like state dissolutions). Erica has been mindful of our unique business structure and open to our many suggestions (including the occasional wild idea), which we really appreciate. On top of that, the CorpNet platform has been super easy to navigate, and the user interface makes managing our filings feel simple and streamlined. Corpnet helped me with tax registration. Something that is usually very confusing for me and makes me very uncomfortable was made super easy with the help of the friendly staff.
