We have been working with CorpNet for a few years and have established a great relationship with our Account Manager, who is extremely helpful and prompt to respond. I value the time and attentiveness she gives to our company.
The website is not easy to navigate and does not always provide the necessary data.

We have multiple LLCs and have always struggled to find a seamless process to manage them. We had been using another Registered Agent service for years, but finally wanted to make a change. I called CorpNet and was immediately connected to a live agent who was not only kind, she was truly outstanding and so knowledgeable. (Thanks, Reanne!). Everything since has been wonderful. The portal is incredibly user friendly, and emails and questions are responded to promptly and kindly. They also are very transparent about pricing and don't gauge you like I had been in the past. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

Christopher was so helpful at helping me tie up loose ends closing my business. He was able to access accounts that I had trouble closing. It went very smooth and he was a pleasure to work with.

They have a REAL LIVE representative that you can actually speak to! No chatbots, tech tickets in order to get a question answered. Heather was friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner.
Overall I like the dashboard and their follow up calls to make sure the companies remain compliant.

Their support has saved me a tremendous amount of time and frustration, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend CorpNet to any business needing assistance with state and local registrations and compliance.

We use CorpNet for our Sales & Use Tax compliance, state and local tax registrations, payroll tax account setup and registrations, and much more. One of the things I really appreciate is having our companies, tax accounts, login credentials, and passwords organized and securely stored within the CorpNet portal. Having everything centralized makes it much easier to manage our different entities and stay on top of our compliance needs.

CorpNet offers so many additional services beyond what we currently use them for. While we don't use them for everything, they have definitely earned our trust, and if we needed one of the other services they offer, CorpNet would be the first place I would go.
