Coppa Club Recenzje 

Used to go here regularly and the service was always very good. Recently, service has been very poor. Not enough staff to deal with customers meaning having to wait a long time to get served. When you do eventually get served they add service charge onto drinks orders. The lack of staff leads to confusion which led to being overcharged for our drinks order. Disappointing, hope it improves soon!

Worst service none in fact totally ignored by waitress today at 12.00noon.

Coppa club Sonning probably the worst resturant I have been to and definitely will not be visiting again. I had previously visited here in January for my mums surprise birthday breakfast and planned to stay for the afternoon too but that did no happen we had friends visit us! Rats running around all outside the Igloo huts (not forgetting you had to spend a minimum of £25 pp in a hut and there was 8 of us, so yes we spent alot) The rat experience made us leave early and management was not very bothered. Said they had it under control and pest control had been made aware. I never visited back ubtill my partner wanted to come in April 1st celebrating our anniversary. I had called up and booked a table at 10.15 and arrived 10.22. I was aware coppa club closed at 11.30 as I had checked on the website. When we got there we was told we did not have a booking. And the kitchen was closed. Bare in mind I live 35 mins away and it was our anniversary. I was shocked and showed him my call history he aologised and smiled. I found him very rude and did not fit with me. We sat upset and had a drink. Not even a complimentary drink was offered nothing. I had been working all day then got dressed up. I was shocked at the service. I had asked to make a complain and was advised to do it online and there is nowhere online to write an email or anything to coppa club. I would like to add I had visited Streatley on Thames coppa club and had the most amazing experience and never enjoyed an afternoon, evening so much. We must have spend nearly £700 a group of us and I would go back there. I would like to give them pride for the service and coppa club in sonning probably the worst of them all. Defo won't be visiting again

Absolutely brilliant love Coppa Putney staff are so friendly especially the waitress Mya. She is so happy, friendly. Food is excellent. The cocktails are great especially the Cosmopolitans!!! The pods are so much fun with a group.

The Coppa Club Cobham full of fleas! In the ladies toilets in the restaurant landing in drinks awful 😡 challenged two members of staff about them. Couldn’t really be bothered about them! Said they were from the roof and would be sorted 🧐 Not good when you are sitting there trying to enjoy a family birthday and the pesky things are landing in your drinks 😡

Very slow service indeed. They had no pasta available at all. My main course salad was just spinach and seeds, very disappointing. Wont be going back anytime soon

This is not a serious eatery, it is a posers’ palace. I was very disappointed on the first visit, even more so on the second. The ‘sides’ are a joke, being absolutely tiny but so expensive for what you get. Main courses have no consistency, my pizza was huge, my partner’s rice dish was an egg cupful with 4 weedy prawns! Good job I was able to share mine or we would both have gone hungry. The waitress did appear embarrassed but did not offer to bring more food. The drinks list has 50+ wines but only 3 types of beer! Why? But, and this is a biggie, the indescribable racket of people screaming at one another due to the terrible acoustics left me with a headache. Is it possible only to converse with your immediate neighbour, anyone else would be out of range. Hard tiled floors, mostly bare wall & worst of all, huge plate glass door/windows to reflect the noise right back at you. No thanks, there will not be a third time.

They have a great branch in Henley, very good service.

I only had a great experience eating there. It took 10 minutes and then we got our food and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Very very disappointed.. our table was lovely , our view was lovely, waitress was fantastic, but the food was disgusting. Swimming in oil , it was the worst food I have ever had put in front of me . The manager was lovely and we didn’t have to pay , but I must add we didn’t eat either , but we did have a bottle of wine which was also taken off the bill .

I used to love coming to Coppa Club, it was in a lovely location with a great atmosphere and some amazing food. It’s a far cry from its former glory now.
I have found myself coming to Coppa Club 3 times in the last year and all three times I have had to complain about something or send something back.
The first time the food had a hair on it and my friend was given the wrong order.
The second time we ordered some cocktails which were made incorrectly. When we asked the manager we were rudely challenged by him and told that we were wrong. This was resolved in the end.
The third time, we sat in an igloo and the breakfast came out to us cold, we had to ask 3 times for sugar and we had been sat for almost an hour and were still hungry. We told someone and they said that it would be rectified. We got the same cold breakfast again. We decided to speak with a manager and they said to us either go for something else or stick with the breakfast and they will ensure it’s hot. We decided to go for the breakfast again and this time it came out nice and hot. Such a shame as if this would have come out like this the first one, we would have been happy and would have had a great experience.
Unfortunately the leaving note was that no one came over to check on us when we were finished and instead we were told that we needed to leave and pay the bill as our time was up.
No complimentary gestures on the recipes and actually there was an error. Not that I expect any thing complimentary but this of course was a bad experience and sadly we will never return.
Sadly this dampened our meal and hence why I’ve now decided to leave a review.
I hope Coppa club looks at this and tries to improve their service and food quality.

Looking forward to visiting their new restaurant in Clifton Village & managed to get a table outside. Had to ask for the table to be wiped down which I figured would have been done automatically. We chose a starter meal each at lunchtime & waited nearly an hour for it to arrive. Our water glasses were topped up regularly enough but no one seemed to have noticed how long we were sitting there for. We were actually discussing getting up to leave when a waitress said our food was just being cooked so it would seem that our order had not gone through. Our pasta was very salty when it arrived but eatable which was a good job as we were so hungry! We decided we didn’t want to stay for anything else and then waited 15 mins for the bill to arrive. When I brought up the fact we had waited so long, our waitress did apologise & then said sometimes the orders don’t go through from our devices. I replied that that was surely a serious problem as a restaurant? A goodwill gesture of some bread or a drink might have helped? Felt as if nothing was really taken very seriously. I hadn’t realised that a service charge had been automatically added to our bill as just wanted to pay & leave. I wouldn’t have left a tip.Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Much better places in Clifton to have lunch at.

Coppa Club Bristol - very disappointing! Such a lovely venue but poor service, mediocre food & over priced drinks let’s this restaurant down.

Went to Coppa in Sonning, what a shame! Service was sooo bad, the staff were all chatting by the kitchen and when it finally arrived we really didn't enjoy it. We tried to complain but not a soul approached our table the whole time, we wanted more prosecco and would have spent money but no one approached us at all. After an hour we just got up and paid at the till and left it was terrible.

with all these bad reviews I think management at the Coppa Club need to get there heads together there is so much competition out there. I for one will not be going there again and neither will a lot of my friends. what a shame after all the money was spent on refurbishing.

A great restaurant for a quick bite or long dinner with friends

This place looks nice from the outside, but sadly I left disappointed. The food and staff (in particular) were very inelegant. I ordered a Caesar salad, but it was as dull as a salad can be if not prepared with that extra touch that you expect when visiting a "nice" restaurant. After about an hour, a belligerent pink hair hostess tells me I have to leave as "my time is up." It goes without saying, that if a restaurant does time slots, they should tell the customers before they sit down (or at least before they order an expensive glass of wine a few minutes before their "time is up").

If you are a tourist looking for mediocre food and a great view, this is the place. It has all the 'tourist trap' characteristics, - the location is fabulous, but it is overpriced, with second-rate food, and unsophisticated staff. For travellers (or locals) who are looking for a place with fine dining and excellent service, I suggest you go elsewhere.

The food was really good and our waiter was a lovely gentleman called Danielle, he really looked after us well. However, one of his colleagues brought a drink order which was the wrong order, we brought it to her attention and she was really rude about it and refused to take the correct order. We were not happy about this and let the manager know, he handled it well and she came back to apologise to us after. 4 stars for that reason.

Sadly a poor experience. Booked an igloo for myself and friends. Food order wrong a number of times. Waited on truffle fries. Given plain instead of one portion of truffle to be told that's what we ordered when we didn't. Told waiter that one of our group had dairy allergy and salad came out covered in cheese. Brought out an espresso martini when ordered a pornstar. All caused delays but then rushed us out the door at 3pm quite rudly.
Major flaw on menu also. VG does not stand for Vegan like everywhere else. Their VG is Vegetarian and VE is Vegan. Pointed out to waitress that this is confusing and could be dangerous. She couldn't care less, delighted with showing us our error on menu.
Food and drinks were okay once corrected.

I had a booking for the Coppa Club and then received an email saying it was released. Phoned back to rebook but they said someone else had taken the booking and didn't offer me an alternative. Says something when you can't get a booking system right.

Thanks for ruining my weekend and if I could give a 0 star review, I would.
