Used to be no issues but now there is…
Been ordering from here around 2 year now I think but last 2/3 orders I’ve getting (monthly lenses) for some reason I’m chucking my left lense after 2 weeks they constantly start to get irritating even after been in cleaning solution over night.

The delay in receiving an order is substantially longer than other suppliers. Normally received within two days of order. Nearly two weeks with yourselves.

I am sorry that your order took longer to reach you on this occasion.
It is unfortunate that at the time of you makking your order, we were experiencing some issues with receiving your particular type of lens from the manufacturer.
We were aware of this at the time which was the reason we advised the longer despatch date at the time of ordering. I can see we managed to send it a little earlier than expected, but understand this was still a little longer than usual.
Apolgies again and for the inconvenience this may have caused. The stock shortage at the manufacturers appears to be resolved, and we anticipate sending your order as quickly as we always have done in the past.

Very easy to order online . With my opticians prescription it was easy to order contact lenses . There's a wide variety of choice and competively priced. Much cheaper than my optician ! Late delivery
I ordered lenses well before my holiday departure date and when I enquired, I was told there were supply issues so I got next day delivery of the exact same product and price elsewhere. So despite the offer of a £10 voucher, I will not be using your website again.

They were delivered a month later. No mitigation on website to say they are out of stock. Had to wait a long time.

Your most recent order left us within a week of making the order, which was earlier than we had advised you it would. I can see the order was then delivered to you the following day and confirmed at the delivery address.
Your previous orders have also left us either on time or earlier.
