This company used to be good!!!

This company used to be good ..deliver accurately within a day or two. The last two times we used them..have been awful... the first time despatching the lenses three weeks after we ordered... the last time ..even after three weeks we had to ask where the lenses were ... they dispatched half the order a few days later ..the rest a week or so after that . It is the last time I will use them, we were customers for a few years ..but never again.

It is unfortunate that the lenses you require appear to experience a delay with the manufacturers when we have made the order on your behalf. It is unknown until the date of your despatch is due and we contact them for an update.

We send your order as soon as possible and I can see we sent the items of your order that we had at that time to try and avoid any inconvenience if we could.

Again I apologise for the delays and the inconvenience this will have caused. We understand that lenses are a need and not always something wearers can wait for.

Our team have passed on your feedback to the manufacturers in the hopes they will at least advise us at the time of ordering that there is a delay.

Consistently Excellent

I have bought mine and my daughter’s lenses from here for a number of years. A consistently excellent service has been received.
Lenses arrive promptly in secure packaging. I recently had a delay with an order and I was supported with written updates and a part shipment to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced thanks to Sophie in Customer Service.
I couldn’t recommend this company more to offer a professional contact lense service

Always order 6 months worth

Always order 6 months worth. Now granted, you may not get 6 months use, but what I pay for 6 months would only get me 1 month with my optician. Great customer service. Always kept up to speed with dispatch etc and very quick delivery. What's not to like.

Contact lenses are quite uncomfortable (dry) from the get go.
