Honesty and integrity go a long way
Lee explained the product in detail, and I could not fault his honesty and integrity. He made sure that I was comfortable and in no way out of my depth. The absolute best financial experience I've ever had.
The loan was well informed, easy to navigate and the web portal was well written and easy to follow.

Able to speak to Someone at the reception desk who was helpful and knowledgeable. My main Bank Lloyds do not want you in the branch and make everything as difficult as they can.

Not very helpful at reception
Not very helpful at reception , wanted to go through the form and the lady said it’s all ok, I wasn’t happy with her response as my investment is in the bank, left feeling a little confused as to why she didn’t want to go through the form, I said are we doing it here she said yes , took a glimpse and said it’s fine….. the next day I received a phone call from a man who asked me why I ticked the box twice.. I said I wanted to speak to someone and the lady said it’s ok.. any way the man was helpful and was apologetic towards my visit, he then went through the form…

They never do what they have say they will. For example they say they will send a confirmation email. it doesn't happen. You always have to chase them up.

Excellent Service
