Very patient with my request for a loan , always helpful and polite

The product is good (ie good interest rates on savings, better than elsewhere) but their admin is a disgrace. Everything seems to be done through manual paper systems (and by post) rather than electronically, which is slow and cumbersome, and papers sometimes, all too frequently, get lost with instructions consequently not actioned.

A particular example of poor admin was the recent emails asking customers to use some dodgy-looking link to get at their tax certificates. They turned out to be perfectly legit, but someone with half a brain should have thought, before sending them out, about what the emails would look like to scam-aware customers.

And ironically, even today's email inviting me to complete this Trustpilot review was headed, in large bold print, "Conister Logo We Value Your Feedback". Surely someone should have checked that the email would start with the Conister logo, not the words "Conister Logo".

Able to speak to Someone at the reception desk who was helpful and knowledgeable. My main Bank Lloyds do not want you in the branch and make everything as difficult as they can.

Not very helpful at reception , wanted to go through the form and the lady said it’s all ok, I wasn’t happy with her response as my investment is in the bank, left feeling a little confused as to why she didn’t want to go through the form, I said are we doing it here she said yes , took a glimpse and said it’s fine….. the next day I received a phone call from a man who asked me why I ticked the box twice.. I said I wanted to speak to someone and the lady said it’s ok.. any way the man was helpful and was apologetic towards my visit, he then went through the form…

Easy to use online form to arrange finance. Quick response with decision. On approval eady to complete signature process

They never do what they have say they will. For example they say they will send a confirmation email. it doesn't happen. You always have to chase them up.
