AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Wish I had seen these reviews before booking. We went with customer meet and greet at Heathrow. Waited 2 hours on return from a long haul flight. They operate under several names and have false reviews. The operator we spoke to was so shockingly rude!! Going to try to complain to an ombudsman or watchdog!

Used this website, clearly uses false positive reviews for companies that are shockingly bad. Avoid Heathrow Platinum Parking and Compare Parking Deals like the plague - total rubbish!!!!

I used this company to compare parking deals and I selected Customer Care Meet & Greet Heathrow as the reviews were good. My confirmation email says I have booked them at the top.... then bottom of the email says Heathrow Platinum Parking. Unfortunately if you Google the reviews you can see they are awful. We had to wait 1:20 since we called them until we got our car back. I was told to wait outside as the driver would be there in a couple of minutes one of the times I called. After 15 minutes waiting in the cold with a baby and 5 year old I called again and no one answered the phone four times, until I used my other mobile to call. I was then told to wait as it would take ten minutes. When we finally got the car, the kid's car seats were both touched, the rearfacing toddler one was completely taken from its place, removed the seat belt and the straps that kept it secured to the front seat as it was the seat cover. The driver had already left without allowing us to inspect the vehicle. In fact, gave me my keys without even knowing if the car was mine and left. Why would anyone remove two kids car seats to park a car and bring it back to their owners? One of their reviews says they have used the customer car while on their care and makes me think the same about ours. AVOID.

Parking for you!!!! Never had such bad service, plane was on time phoned them as directed waited an hour in the cold 3 small children, the ignorant person on the phone after 5th call said the car wouldn’t start!! Lier the driver said it started 1st time and was only parked 4 miles away

Why is it that I can get an initial price quote, then by providing my email address they then send me an email offering a supposed better discount, who are they kidding, in my case the actual supposedly better discount was reduced, and the new price was more expensive!
Trading Standards should be alerted to what I feel is sharp practice by these cowboys.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! SO RUDE! Customer satisfaction is not their priority! I will never use their service again! Meet and greet it’s more like a meet and wait!! Apparently it’s a customers problem if your flight is delayed without your knowledge and you should tell them while flying.. not their job to check your flight status.. awful service

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Fake reviews - the company which they said had good reviews was diabolical!! Sent wrong car and so rude!! When I checked the actual reviews of the company Wizpark online, every single one was terrible. Compare Parking Deals should be ashamed of themselves

Stay away from this company. Had a terrible experience with this company. Once you pay them money it is impossible to resolve any booking matters. Sending emaild and phing them (specifically talking to Sam) is a waste of time and money. How are they allowed to do business in this country?

Experience started badly with poor instructions in email. It didn't record any of the flight details which I had submitted to the website. The email instructed to call 30 min out. When I called I was told to call when 10 min away. When I called back the driver was clearly talking to me from another car he was driving and it took multiple repeats to hear the directions. These the did nor correspond to any of the signs at he airport. 3 phone calls later we got to the right place - not the Meet and Greet area of the airport.
This was the compounded by the demand for £4 for the driver to exit the terminal. Apparently this was made clear in the email. It was not.

On return it took 5 minutes of constant redialling of an engaged number to get through. I was told we were 3rd in the queue and the car would be with us in 20 min. Unsurprisingly it took 2 calls and 40 min for it to arrive.
We then also has to pay £4.50 to get out.

To add insult to injury the little holder by the gear stick where you keep loose change for parking had be rifled and all coins had been taken.

On returning home I checked both the email instructions and the website again. At the very bottom of the T+Cs for both in very innocuous writing it says Airport levy charges are not included. Well hidden and totally lacking any indication of quantity.

Please learn from my mistakes and do not use either this website, First Choice Meet and Greet Manchester or any Executive Airport Parking affiliated parking services.

Booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow Terminal 3. The deal was for the car to be dropped off and collected from Terminal 3 short stay car park. You have to phone just before arrival and collection to confirm details. When I phoned both times I was told that the Terminal 3 car park was unavailable and that I needed to drop off and collect car from the external drop off point. Checked with Heathrow airport and airport police and this is a con. Car park was open and operating normally. I had been charged £8 in my booking for the car park fees and by doing this the firm pocketed the £8. Not a lot of money, but a totally dishonest tactic and forces the customer to act dishonestly to get their car back. I have emailed complaint to the firm, but no response.

Convenient enough overall as you don’t need to get a shuttle but had a to call a few times to get through in the first place and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude on each phone call telling me ‘he’s on his way’ when we had given them plenty of time in advance (25 mins) to let them know we were on our way. Absolutely no help at all on the phone.

Then the same rude guy on the phone on the way back when we called, I forgot what car park and floor and when I called back to confirm I was told the car park and floor in a very slow, accented voice as if I was asking a stupid question.

We weren’t waiting long at all thankfully but our car was covered in dust and bird poo - which I’m still finding hard to understand how that can happen in a week but no apologies from them at all... won’t hold my breath for any responses to my comments!!
We then had to pay for the short stay car park anyway!
Pay a bit extra and use the services with good reviews.

Took 30 mins of calling to find out where the driver was to collect the car on drop off.
On return for the car we waiting 45 mins, the reason given was that there was a number of flights landed at the same time - rubbish! The flights are all planned ahead of notice so more preparation with more drivers should have been done.
Car was then returned with damaged alloy wheel, inside covered in mud, serious scrape on the rear bumper. Emailed but no response as yet. Company car so have the resources for legal action which will be taken as far as possible to stop this happening to others. Will happily retract this and the multiple of other reviews with pictures left on all websites if the issue is resolved.
DON'T DO IT, pay more and go with the official airport parking.

Appalling - total cowboy operation - avoid! We got way with it but others have had cars damaged vandalised & abused!
They also have made you wait make you pay for the short stay ticket to get your car out of the airport!! So add at least £7.50!! On collection they ask you to go to departures and wait for a call - there is the risk of £40 fine for pick from there too!

There was no choice to leave no stars. This was a shoddy booking, our car was returned to us at pickup absolutely filthy bird muck dirt and leaves and even sweet wrappers. Like it had been left in a dusty area under a tree. A bit of dirt I could of accepted but this was not acceptable we had to go to a car wash so we could get home on the motorway. oh and also a bottle of aftershave that I kept in the centre console compartment was taken. Reported and nothing done. Avoid it’s just not worth it. Im not usually a complainer but we trusted them with our car the aftershave going missing was unacceptable.

I booked my car in for airport parking with this company, dropping the car off was no problem at all, collection after my holiday was a different matter! I called the company when the plane landed as I was collecting my luggage, there was no answer, I was calling 3 different numbers all of which no one answered. My plane was delayed by 1 hour (nothing unusual about that) I called 30, yes 30 times within 1/2 hour before I finally got to speak to someone, they advised me the company was closed (it was 11.30pm) I explained I wanted my car to which they said your plane was delayed and we're now closed. I said I wanted my car as I obviously had to get home. After arguing on the phone they agreed to drop my car off for an extra fee of £20 as it was after midnight when they would arrive (explaining I'd been calling for over 1/2 a hour didn't make any difference). They turned up 20 minutes later and demanded £20 before handing over my keys, i explained I had just returned off holiday and had no UK cash, I had 20 euros only, he happily accepted this which is way less than £20 exchanged, tells me it's a con to get more cash off of you. I paid it to get my car back as by this time it was almost 1am and I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me.

Don't make my mistake, I had to pay this but you don't have to. Stay away from this company, you have been warned.

This company shouldn’t be trading as it was liquidated in May. We can’t post hyperlinks here otherwise I’d include the Companies House documentation.

Premium Meet and Greet is run by Parking Direct which has abysmal reviews. If only I’d made the connection before I too fell for it.
I’ve contacted Gatwick Airport and suggested that they should not be allowing these cowboys to operate with some kind of credibility because they’re onsite.

We used premium chauffeur meet and greet from Gatwick north terminal. From the moment we dropped the car off it was a shambles. The man had a handful of paperwork and no order, no system, no idea!
When we returned we waited an hour and a half, we rang and rang but they either hung up or told us the car was on it's way. The car was covered in mud when it finally arrived. Never ever again. Avoid any meet and greet that picks up and drops in the car park, they are not approved and are total cowboys. The approved ones drop and pick up in the correct zones outside the airport. We have learnt the hard way.

Obviously this is a comparison site and therefore the experience you have will be determined by the actual company you book with.
However specific issues with this site are:
1 reviews - just compare the reviews on this site with others you can view on Trus Pilot for example - there is a clear difference!
2, When stuff goes wrong - I phoned to explain a bad experience with a provider and asked how I might offer a review to help other customers choose provider.
All I received was an apology and a 15% discount offer for my next booking!
I don't think they do any due diligence on the actual providers and don't seem to really want people to have accurate information to decide on the best provider.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We waited over 30 minutes for their driver to meet us; and an hour late on a cold evening when our car was returned - having been told it would be with us within 20 minutes. We called several times to ask where the car was, but went straight through to VM apart from once when the 'operator/manager' swore at us over the phone. From looking at most of the reviews here our experience was clearly not as bad as some others, none are good - I cannot understand why this company are still in business and have not been investigated by the police

AVOID. Very similar experience to others. Shocking customer service. Over an hour late on collection. They also helped themselves to my loose change. I know people say not to leave money in the car when using services like this, but you should be able to when paying for a "premium service". Just avoid
