Good product sale experience with Comms-Express but terrible delivery experience. Only part of the order was delivered initially and it took nearly another week to get one bulkier item.

Comms Express, my go to place for cables and more
I've used Comms Express before and will do again...and again. They have a good product range, deliver when they should and make it easy to collect when I am in the area. Their price is always favourable and (not this time) when I know what is needed but not how to achieve it, their tech team often suggest great ideas!

Charged AM Delivery Wont Refund
Not impressed, paid extra for a before 12 delivery and then wont refund, the courier doesn't turn up at the agreed time. Customer service doesn't care wont be buying from you again what a way to lose customers.
No sympathy, not our problem we cant guarantee couriers. One thing they could guarantee is charging you for an AM delivery on checkout.
Complete Theft !!!!!

The best price I could find and great service too
The price on the Eizo monitor I wanted was so good that I wondered if it was a scam until I checked on Trustpilot. But, no, they have a great reputation and I got my monitor 24 hours after ordering it.

We have reviewed the correspondence between yourself and the customer service team, and see that the unit in question has been deemed 'Damaged In Transit'.
Please note, as per our Delivery Policy and Terms & Conditions, damaged goods are to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to enable claims to be raised with the relevant couriers.
Unfortunately I can see that the report of this damaged was not raised to Comms Express for over a month and therefore resulting in us being unable to process a claim on your behalf.

Illegal practices
Advertising product at half the price they can sell it, get customers to pay and then notify them 3 working days later that it's actually double the price. AND YET they are still advertising the product for an even lower price than I paid for it. Preying in those who are time pressured and need products. Disgusting.
