Ordered a portable mini iron, arrived not worth the money, creases still in garments once used. Cheap plastic. Do not buy unless you want to waste your money

Purchased the portable steam iron and it's absolutely useless , it does not work on even the finest of creases it does nothing at all to what they claim it does. If your thinking about getting one please don't waste your money on this absolute rubbish.

Wish I had read the reviews, bought a steamer no instructions and it's useless water pours out no steam

Ordered a wireless speaker stupidly from an add on Facebook. Item never arrived, tracking site was fake. Emailed them several times, no reply, now battling to get money back. Do not purchase anything, scam company.

Wasn't aware my order was with Comfybear until payment taken on 25th March. Now 31st with no acknowledgement. Avoid any contact with this company.
Very dodgy. Chased this up to be told order had been despatched but "they had to make sure the product and people were safe" then fifteen days or longer for delivery. Since advised by Joycuts that item despatched - but still waiting 16days after order placed. Never again will I order from Comfy Bear.

Advertising misrepresentation and misselling. Avoid at all costs!!!
Bought some car leather cream. Dispatched a different make to the one advertised without an applicator too
Emailed asking for at least an applicator and tried to overlook it was the wrong product
Reply with if I was wasn’t happy I had to return it to China at my own expense
They is very unreasonable in emails

Ultra Soft & Cozy Blanket Sweatshirt. This was supposed to be oversized to fit anyone. The sweatshirt eventually arrived. Really shoddy cheap materials, poor stitching, no finishing. was also much smaller than stated sizes i.e. length over 20 cm shorter.
To claim a refund the item needs to be posted to China, at your expense! This appears to be UK company but is not.

I ordered one item and was charged for four. They then set up a repeat payment, luckily I used a credit card so they cancelled it all but I had to get a new card.
Don’t touch them.

Ordered a makeup bag set on a chain, in short this company is a scam artist, never received said item. 🤬

Scam company, wont deliver after taking £24.98 for mini karaoke machine in November 24. Same as many others, kid didn't get for Xmas. Why are they still trading?!

No delivery, no answer to e mails - and saliently no refund. So annoyed as looked legit as had a PayPal payment option.

I ordered a item from this company WELL before Christmas and still not received it, all I can say is
DO NOT ORDER from this company as they are 100%
UNRELIABLE

Scam company Avoid!! Billed though comfy bear but had a delivery email from Urdreamlife. I have had no such delivery, checked all the cameras and no deliveries received this day.
Sent multiple emails, radio silence.
Avoid these scammers.

I wouldn’t give them any stars this is a scam, I ordered sheep toilet roll holders they never came

I ordered a mini microphone in early December, up till now it hasn’t been delivered!
I sent countless emails stating it hasn’t be delivered, then on the tracking it said delivered but I hadn’t received anything.
After countless emails back and forth, Comfy bear said to check with courier but no information was provided.
After one last stern email a refund was issued which I am still waiting for to go back into my account.
In my honesty opinion do not order from comfy bear!!’ Stay clear!

Me too been scammed. Ordered some lipsticks with holder. States been recieved. But same as everyone else i haven't. Can't report it to Klarna as it's not letting me.

I have been waiting for my order, early December, they kept sending tracking info, really rude reply’s, the latest email was goods delivered, no delivery, comfy bear wouldn’t reply too when I asked who so called delivered, what can we do too get money back

Scammers. Sent countless emails stating I’ve not received product. Only to keep having same reply stating I’ve received it.
Disappointed child at Christmas !

Would not recommend this company to anyone
