I'm still waiting on my delivery the tracking website hasn't been updated in the last 3 days and is no better than useless with no real detail. I wished ld check here first as would have save myself money and time, I suspect the goods, when or if they arrive won't be any good!!!

Delivery was slow, the product didn't arrive, but absolutely useless. Nothing like what I bought elsewhere.

Id avoid, and based on these reviews I'm not the only one (wish I checked here first!)

This wasn't a steamer.it didn't heat up enough to take creases out,no steam anywhere, a load of rubbish,pure scam.

I wish I read the review first before I bought the steam iron. I bought the steam iron but didn't work as expected. I emailed them several times but no answer at all. This company is a scam!

I bought a steam iron of sorts but it never arrived. It's 50+ days since. I am beginning to think I was cheated.
I followed up with emails and the replies are not even relevant. No phone number, you can't really reach out to explain. I'm sorry but this is utterly ridiculous. Surely I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered travel steam iron from comfy bear on 16 th April for 24.99 it never arrived .i contacted them by email .they said I wasent in their system .i paid through Klarna .so contacted them by email.they said that comfy bear had produced a proof of postage .so I e mailed them again asking for a copy of proof of postage .but no response .

Absolutely rubbish ..left mine in hotel as it wasn’t even worth the space and weight in my luggage. DO NOT BUY AS IT DOES NOT EVEN HEAT UP TO IRON!! Back to my old 20 year old travel iron which is still working although leaking a little.

I fell for the steam iron as well. Looked great in the video on facebook, obviously AI. Doesn't get hot enough to produce steam, a complete waste of money. I won't be using this company again and will warn others not to use it.

I received a text message to say my item had been delivered but it hasn’t I emailed them twice up to now but no reply at the time of writing this.

Karaoke microphone totally useless. Had it agreed after plenty of emails 50% refund which never appeared & ignored all further emails

If I could give zero stars I would. I always look at trust pilot prior to buying something but this time I didn't & i so wish I had because I'm going to say exactly the same as all the other reviews! The steam iron is useless! I can put my hand over the iron plate, it's that cold!! It's like a toy iron but actually made worse! The plastic is astonishingly poor, it's laughable!! Emailed them countless times. No response. Obviously there's no contact number! Please do not buy this rubbish & ignore the Facebook hype. This product is clearly dodgy as is the company!!!!

I would not even give you 1 if I had this option . My comfybear steamer arrived after long 3 weeks waiting and does not do any job ,basically does not working. Contacted customer service and asked for refund on the 7/5/25 , Julia was the one who replied and said unfortunately they do not give refund but i can keep it and they will refund 50% . Another way, I can send it back to China ,but to post it back the cost it much higher than this awful product. I do not recommend this seller and definitely this product , totally wasted money . Since I replied them on the 8/05/25 to refund me the 50% they have never contacted me or refund my money either. AVOID

Just received my comfy bear iron today absolutely disgusting doesn't even heat up or steam, my cup off tea is hotter absolutely waste off £30 do not recommend any one to buy this product.

Ordered a steamer and a tiny iron arrived that does not heat up at all!! Contacted Customer service after plenty of email ping pong with them where they said keep it and they would refund me 40% I refused and said no 100% refund so after 3 days I got a email from Dorian telling me he has refunded me in full (£19.99) that was over 2 weeks ago and still not a penny back .. Disgusting service and telling lies to try placate customers is really not Acceptable!!

Scam - the ad was for a steamer, after weeks of shipping from China (unexpected as they front as a UK company) a cheap tiny iron arrived. The response from the support team was either send it back to china 🙃 or we can give you 30% back and you keep the item. The most infuriating thing is that there seems to be no recourse for scammers like that - who is going to go after them? They are however completely in breach of consumer laws.

Appears as a UK Company and ships from China. Took 2 weeks to arrive and item is utter rubbish. Small iron they show removing creases easily but in reality it does nothing. Total rip off so avoid.

Bought the steam iron what a load of rubbish doesn’t steam or even heat up emailed company 3 times to request to return item no reply keep away from this company

Ordered what I thought was a steamer for £24.99received a useless portable iron message. These people that took days to come back to me then offered me half my money back which I haven’t received scammers dodgy stay away..
