Ich musste mich leider wegen eines beschädigten Fläschsens im bestellten Lackreparaturset am 12.3. an den Kundendienst wenden und um Ersatz bitten. Die Antwort kam umgehend und der Ersatz bereits heute am 16.3. obwohl ein Wochenende dazwischen lag. Ersetzt wurde nicht nur die Reinigungsflüssigkeit sondern das gesamte Reparaturset. Das nenne ich kundenfreundlichen Service und Kulanz verbunden mit einer hervorragenden Logistig!

Produkt kam schnell an. Bei der Anwendung muss man sich strickt an die Anleitung die dabei geliefert ist halten. Große Kratzer gehabt. Alles sehr gut verdeckt. Werden es nochmal bestellen um die restlichen kleinen macken zu bearbeiten. Farbe passt durch die 2. Flüssigkeit 1zu1 zum auto lack, obwohl dieser bereits 12 jahre alt ist.
Ich bin sehr Zufrieden.

I had a small issue with my touch-up paint & the response to my enquiry was outstanding. They went above & beyond my expectations. A replacement was sent (with tracking) literally within 30 minutes of my email. I would have been impressed if Color N Drive had replied within a few business days. I've bought 2 kits from them & the colour match is perfect. Well done!

I havent used the product BUT i ordered it, then i didnt need it because i had a car accident so i had no car anymore. They said not to return the product and they refund the money. That was a wonderfull gesture of them. Thank you

Dopo averla scelta mi è arrivata una mail dove mi chiedevano una foto dell auto per assicurarsi che fosse giusto il colore, la consegna ci ha messo quasi due settimane ad arrivare ma sono molto soddisfatta, ho fatto il lavoro io stessa ed è veramente un ottimo prodotto! Super super consigliato

Would rate lower but no zero. Ordered mocha steel metallic WA706S for GMC 2011 Terrain. Got a box with small container of white and one of black. Tried contacting and they will not accept email. Order came from Turkey and after order completed on day of delivery received a notice from Fed Ex that due to tariff increase I may owe additional shipping, so far, fortunately no other charge against my account but a total waste of money.

Paint arrived separated, thick and unusable. I gave a negative review but the company offered to replace and did so promptly after email exchange. So I am happy to compliment them on a good service

Useless products, once you put the paint and use their magical patented product, the paint is removed also from the parts where it is supposed to stay.

The color values it provides are perfectly calibrated for digital and web use.

Using this feels effortless. It removes the guesswork and lets you be creative.

Shipping was incredibly fast, and colour was a spot on match. However, despite following application instructions, I could not achieve a smooth finish. Tried all tricks such as smoothing with glove, and being very gentle and patient with the correct and clear solution. But it just dried too fast to do the glove trick resulting in the paint just lifting completely, and even with the correct and clear it wouldn't totally get rid of the excess paint without also lifting the paint in the chip. I left it plenty of time to dry and to no avail. I don't think its a terrible product, but do not expect a perfect finish by any means as implied through advertisement.
