Absolutely no problems - perfect service and good price.

We came back from a cruise last week and couriered our luggage back home as we needed to stay in the London area to wait for our daughter who was flying home from Scout Jamboree in Sweden with lots of luggage.

We set up the courier through collectmyparcel before we went away and arranged to drop at DHL in Chelmsford. collectmyparcel said they would text me a reference number on the drop off day.

We had the text at 8.15am and dropped the two cases at DHL at 12 noon. We had booked a 48 hour delivery at a cost of £35 for two 20kg cases including £12 worth of insurance.

Cases arrived in Cornwall at 9am next day

Brilliant service and saved us a lot of driving around and petrol!!

Would definitely recommend and use them again.

This was the first time I had arranged for a parcel to be collected from a residential address and collectmyparcel couldn't have made it any easier!

The website is very clear and easy to use and gives flexibility to choose the type of service you require. The couriers were great and the tracking service made it very easy to see what stage the collection and delivery were at.

I thoroughly recommend collectmyparcel and would definitely use them again in the future.

My first time using a collection service so was a bit weary of which site/company to use. The CollectMyParcel website so very easy to use and easy on the eye without too much confusing information. Very straight forward and easy to understand instructions.
Tracking the parcel was easy to use and I didnt even need to print out the address label - I could write out my own label and just include the consignment number on it - great if you have run out of printer ink (like me) or if you just dont have access to a printer!
I would definitely use this company again in future, especially for my eBay transactions!
Prices are very competitive and I found was the cheapest when offering the same like for like service.
I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and to those of you reading this review.

Although I had some trepidation about using these cheaper delivery companies, the direct price of the couriers forced my hand. I have to say the service from collectmyparcel was great, and they even answered my queries promptly on the day of collection.
