ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. The bras I ordered look nothing like they picture advertised. I wanted to return item and cannot get any help from Colaley. Klarna are now charging me late payment fees as I refuse to pay for an item I've been trying to return since November.

Absolute farce!!!
Placed an order. Contacted 5 minutes after ordering to cancel the order. They've come back 24 hours later and said its too late and to trust in their product. I dont want to!
They also took £5 more from my bank than they should have done. They rectified that pretty quickly but didn't cancel the order that I don't want!
Ugh.

Ordered large tights which fit 155-209lbs. I am 152lbs and they are way too small. The tights were the wrong color also. Trying to get a refund is impossible

I'm heavy set and diabetic so I must have great shoes. These work great for me.

Cheap, badly made bras that are way too small. Nothing like the adverts . Tried to get a full refund of my £23.99 off PayPal however it meant I would need to provide return tracking information back to China and pay USA customs duty as well as expensive return postage. PayPal should not be dealing transactions with this company as you think your money is safe paying through then but it isn’t. Lesson learned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

do not buy from this site its a scam I ordered something I emailed to cancel they said its already been sent out 2 days letter got a notification saying it had been posted came with no return address and the customer service site keeps keeping me off scam 25 quid down dont buy off Facebook ads

Definitely a scam . Rubbish item . No return address ....AVOID AVOID . Could not cancel ....

Wouldn’t give refunds as not as described, they shipped from Korea via US and want you to return them to the 🇺🇸.

I am a woman that wears a size 6 1/2 in women's shoes. I needed white shoes to wear to Taekwondo tournaments. I had trouble finding some I really liked. Then, I found these. Perfect! Bought them in a boys size 5 and they fit nicely. My son that is also my shoe size wants to steal them from me. They look really good on. Very happy with this purchase.

Love this hat. Great color and quality. Used it for halloween but its good enough for daily use also!

Wish I could give less and read reviews beforehand. Took 6 weeks for product to arrive and bought replacements. They would not refund as they were in transit. Received goods which were poor quality and returned them to the return address on the envelope signed for, they’re now saying it’s wrong address they’re customer service is shocking and only online and lots of delaying tactics absolute scammers!

These sneakers are comfortable and they look good. I loved the combination of colors of pink and purple. I love it.

Sent incorrect product, uses stalling tactics to effectively make you give up.

I sent them every picture requested and you can clearly see wrong product sent. But nope, they will not send correct one.

STAY AWAY

These shoes look exactly like the picture. They’re very cute in person, and my daughter looooves the “rainbow sequins.” They worked perfectly for a formal event. I’m not sure how well they would hold up if worn regularly, but they’re a great buy for special occasion shoes. Wrapped up nicely and in great shape when the package arrived.

The item took ages to come. Have been trying to return it since it arrived. There is no customer service support. The site sends you around in circles without any hope of getting an answer. Payment is on hold with Klarna. Hopefully they can help me out of this nightmare. Never again will I use this company.

Phenomenal shades, purchased to gift it to my better half and she loved the style, glasses color and frame size was perfect for her face.

I paid and the goods never replied, I’ve emailed several times and they just reply saying they will chase the delivery people

I in the end asked for a refund, they rufused as the good have been shipped and I’ve been waiting nearly 4 months and they still aren’t here
