DO NOT TRUST!!!!
They sent me the wrong item and then tried to tell me that they item they send was correct.
After sending multiple pictures of the item they sent and the original order, they finally accepted that they had sent the wrong item.
However, they refused to give me a refund or send the correct item.
They did offer the £2 compensation.
What an absolute joke!!!!
Find what you want somewhere else!!!!

if i could give 0 stars i would. the item i bought was not fit for purpose, i bought through Klarna, eventually after 4 months i got a return address and returned the item, colaley have not said they received tge item so Klarna have now added late payment fees to my account. so now i have no item, paid £16 to return it and have to pay Klarna £20. for nothing. 🤬

I never received my order. I emailed the suggested email and I had a reply with a link which listed questions about my order. There were several questions to choose from but none of them was about 'not receiving' an order' or 'requesting a refund'.
I was really looking forward to receiving my order and finally having a comfortable bra to wear so massively disappointed it never arrived and I can't get a refund. And now every time I go on social media I see an ad for this bra.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from them. Their website says they accept returns for refunds. They did not! The bras I bought were way too small even though I ordered an appropriate size. Their excuse was that I was sent the size I ordered. Not the point! I exchanged several emails with them, getting fobbed off each time. Their final email suggested I give them to someone else???

These sandals are not only gorgeous but so comfy! Very stylish, the bling adds to these already beautiful sandals. Sam Edelman never disappoints & are very true to size. I wear a 7 1/2 & always know they will fit perfectly!

These are nice just not for me. Returned

The sole is very stiff, I think if you have wide feet you might not find these very comfy or many size up, however they are great if you don’t want to do and full price on the women’s shoes for close to the same value of product.

WORSE COMPANY EVER!! I order some magic curlers, these were fine. But also some thermal tights, I should have at this point realised it was not a UK company as it was recommended for me weight and height I order an XL, I am a size 12, so a UK/ EU medium. I ordered an XXL so ensure they fine and they did NOT! I asked for a refund and to return them, and I kept getting told that is what i ordered so it’s my fault! They offered me £3 compensation on a £24 order! What an insult!! They kept insisting the mistake was mine and ended up giving me £5, and told me to “give away the rights”. What a joke of a company. If you read this, DO NOT ORDER from these guys. You’re better off at Shein or Ali Express!!! They are the absolute WORST!!! I would not recommend even for the curlers which were fine due to their horrid customer service!! I will be posting this review anywhere and everywhere that will take it!!!!

Absolute rip off merchants.
Items are not fit for purpose and are cheap rubbish.
Ordered 4 bras, they are hideous and nowhere near the size they should be.
They are refusing to refund.
Their reply is laughable…. Can you not gift to family or friends. They will love them.
Seriously…avoid at all costs.

bras ordered were not fit for purpose, far to small. have read bad reviews trying to return products, therefore wont bother even trying. don't need the hassle, just want to advise others not to buy from this fake rip off company

Avoid . Send one item correct and one 2 sizes small . Do not offer refund say to give away !!

Product was not fit for purpose. Total waste of money. Edinburgh address & phone number from their Facebook posts are false. Phone number not recognised and product was from the USA. I submitted a payment for my order and Colaley took out more than I authorized, luckily my bank was able to step in and refund the difference. Buyer Beware. Avoid if possible and buy elsewhere.

This company is thief, they sell fake item, they fool customers by posting fake feedback from customers. They product is absolutely rubbish. When i ask for refund i was told i can give the item to someone else if I'm not happy with it. They are thieves this company

I bought from this company in September and wrote a review in October expressing my frustration at the delay in delivery. Well, my bras arrived in December. What an appalling standard these products are! Cheap, unfit for purpose, just truly dreadful! Cheap fabric, just a joke! Don’t even begin to fit, I have been ripped off. Don’t allow this to happen to you! PLEASE AVOID.

AVOID. Ordered 2 support bras that never arrived. Upon raising the issue with customer services, they sent tracking logs stating delivery. BUT NOT AT MY PLACE. However they refuse to either reimburse or re-supply the items to me stating it is not their responsibility to manage the delivery service. Totally against UK law. Responses from customer service are standard and repeat messages. Can only repeat AVOID and don't waste your money.

I bought bras. Avoid at all costs absolute rubbish. Don't spend your money. No way true to size, cheap material. Complete and utter rip off!

Ordered two pairs of translucent black tights in different sizes for gifts. Received one translucent black and one skin tone. No indication of size either and both pairs look the same size...so no idea what size they actually are. Not easy to raise a complaint but managed to do so, only to be told twice my order was correct. Have now raised a dispute with PayPal.

Got these for my 6 year old son. They did run a little big but that's okay. They are easy to put on, he said they are comfy and so far they are holding up pretty well. They were cheap.
