Everything has been amazing

Everything has been amazing, the chocolate is 10/10 along with the customer service. Will definitely be ordering the pistachio chocolate bar as it’s the best I’ve tried!

I received someone else’s order.
There was no time for me to wait for the correct order, as my nephew’s birthday would’ve been before it arrived

Very sad to see this 1* review as when we realised the mistake (human error on our part when packing which we admitted to) we emailed you straight away and offered either a replacement which would have been sent same day and arrived next day or a refund to which you asked for a refund which we did sort out straight away! As you can see from our other reviews, our products are well received and loved and I'm sorry your nephew will not be able to enjoy our chocolate.

New happy customer

Bought some Easter products for a gift after seeing them on TikTok. The quality of the product and packaging is beautiful, and the delivery time was fast especially for a personalised product! Thank you so much, my partner is going to love his Easter treats and judging by the reviews on how good the product tastes I’m sure they won’t last long.

Can’t folt this business, a little mistake was made on their behalf but they were very quick to fix it and even upgraded my shipping for inconvenience, amazing customer service.

Fantastic service

My first time ordering and i wasn't dissapointed, my order arrived well packaged in a loveky box ready to gift and the turnaround time was quick! The photo slab chocolate looks gorgeous and will be well recieved, I will definitely be ordering from here again :)

I’d give more then 5 stars if I could, chocolate tastes amazing l, always get a reply when I had a query and fast delivery too couldn’t ask for more, and the quality of the photos on the chocolate is brilliant thank you,

Hands down my favourite small business!

I have ordered multiple times and every time the products were amazing my whole family loves the chocolate and the prices are extremely fair! Elisa the owner is such an amazing person as well, she really goes above and beyond to make everything perfect 🤗
