Unfortunately 2/3 came broken. I submitted a query on the website about the broken bars and received no response, I then found an email address to contact and yet still no reply.
I waited a while before reviewing In case they had an influx over Easter but I still haven’t received a response.
This meant my only options was to gift the broken bars. Unfortunately they didn’t look great and did look like I had bought the cheaper broken bars which I didn’t.
However my friend assured me they were delicious all the same.
2 star simply for the lack of communication

Honestly the nicest chocolate ive had In Years... I loved how my bar broke.. it felt very indulgent... not really possible to just have one square which I loved... deffo not something I want to share. Love it... deffo recommend trying it, if you are sick of all the artifical crap in chocolate these days 😀

Absolutely fantastic chocolate would not eat any other chocolate they are just professional made it is definitely 💯 I just keep going back and ordering more it is that good I have never had any issues with my orders 💯 all round

I ordered from you and received the wrong order, I emailed you and got a fairly unfriendly reply, you asked me to forward some pictures of what I received but never received an apology on that reply for your mistake. This reply took 11 business days. I sent the pictures of the wrong order you sent me, didn’t get a reply, I then had to send another email and you then did apologise after you’d seen the proof of your mistake. I wasn’t looking to return them as i had opened one of the items so that was fine, I actually thought I’d clicked the wrong order until I checked my receipt but I didn’t. . As my order was more expensive and you’d sent me a less expensive items you said I’d receive a refund for the difference.
Ive yet to receive my refund and I really don’t want to send another email, I felt like I was bothering you so I’m not sending anymore emails.
There’s no good will here, your only saying your sending my refund because I’ve written this review
Not everyone is trying to pull a fast one on you, all i wanted was what I ordered order and some decency.
Simple as that.

Ordered before Christmas for myself and for a gift, to very honest the bars were broken and a gooey mess, I was so disappointed 😞 within the hour I had emailed them to express my disappointment with photos, but this date (12/04) no response, so no I wouldn't recommend and they wasn't cheap!

The mallow is great. I had a biscoff pot which was really sweet but nice. The chocolate they use is good. I ordered a couple of bars with caramel in and although it's not called salted caramel, it was too salty for me. I couldn't finish either bar. I do not like salted caramel though. My son loves it and he really enjoyed the bars. The brownie in the brownie bar was quite soft and a bit mushy.

FURTHER FURTHER UPDATE!
Further to your edited reply - I have had to click through multiple links on your website to find your policy on photographs being sent within 24 hours! This should be easier to find - perhaps on the contact page. It's also a bit of a joke that you expect that within 24 hours but yet it takes over a week for a reply to an email!
Any Facebook comments of a positive nature are replied to no matter what it's about. To DELETE a comment that is negative is shady to say the least!
The fact of the matter is YOU HAVE STOLEN MONEY AS YOU HAVE NOT FULLY FULFILLED THE ORDER PLACED! And rather than take responsibility for YOUR ERROR you are insinuating that I would lie about the order issues!
All I have requested is that the MISSING item costing £11 is either sent or refunded (which would save you P&P) BUT NO YOU HAVE TAKEN £22 FOR ONE CHOCOLATE BAR! If that's how you want to make a profit it's a very unethical way to do so.
I'm fed up of your patronising & accusatory responses - I don't need stress whilst in RECOVERY! It's obvious NOTHING is going to be done by yourselves to rectify YOUR ERROR! To respond in the manner you have on here but IGNORE emails says a lot about the poor customer service! You obviously don't like TRUTHFUL negative feedback! As a small business especially, you should do more to be polite and rectify errors made by yourselves! Reading through reviews here there is a recurring theme of emails "not received" by yourselves - just like the one I sent on 03/03/2025 at 1711 & customers receiving no replies!
2/2 orders with terrible/no customer service! So I'll happily never place a third order and I will warn friends/family to be mindful if placing an order - will definitely not be recommending yourselves

UPDATE!!!
This company took over one week to respond to my original email requesting photos of the order and packing slip. As per my reply below this was not possible and again I NEVER got a reply. So according to the company response I don't have a genuine customer query!
Ordering online (especially post-surgery unable to leave the house) is not supposed to be a stressful experience!
This company has NOT FULFILLED this order! I am out of pocket missing part of the order!
This is the second time I have ordered from this company and the second time I have had issues with the order. I NEVER had a reply about the issue with the first order and left it BUT to have issues with a second order and be made out to be a liar and ignored is scandalous!

The pistashio bar WITHOUT marshmallow fluff was a gift. They don't like marshmallow fluff so weren't particularly happy but I won't see them again before Easter
The mini egg bar was a gift
The TWO Turkish delight bars were also gifts - I have been able to gift the ONE that I received
I would appreciate the missing Turkish delight bar being posted ASAP or a refund for this one bar. £22 is a lot to pay to only receive one bar instead of two

Received my order and emailed company later that day because it was incomplete/incorrect. Ordered TWO Turkish delight bars, only received one. Ordered a pistachio bar WITHOUT marshmallow fluff, received one with. No reply to email! Commented on a Facebook post with this issue - no reply, comment deleted instead! This is extremely poor customer service! £45 spent on an order that is missing an item and another item is wrong!

The products are absolutely amazing.The raspberry fluff chocolate bar was delicious as was the fluff.Will definitely buy again.Would 100% recommend.

When I order my bars , they arrived broken so when I tried to get a replacement I was shut down straight away the costumer service was appalling ,so I had to go through tiktok which was very straight forward
