CobraGarden Recenzje

We purchased a cobra lawn mower.
Navigating the web site & finding what we were looking for was very easy.

The lawn mower delivered very quickly.
Super efficient company. We would definitely recommend them

It arrived nice and early the order service was great I ve put it altogether and it is a great trailer

Very efficient service quick delivery great mower

I have a Cobra powered wheeled strimmer just over a year old. It’s a good machine but 6 months ago it needed a replacement clutch cable. It was first going to take 4 months, then an another month, and then another month. So 6 months waiting, and still waiting, for a part for a machine which is still being sold. Extremely poor customer service and I would have thought that after all this time they could have extracted one from the pipeline.

Ordering fairly simple, delivery next day so no complaints. You Tube channel is a benefit and I have a local dealer who can handle warranty and returns. My only issue is the strimmer instructions do not match the product and the images are pixelated and unusable. Thankfully the online videos are spot on.

Excellent service and great product. Very pleased

Customer service is excellent, have no hesitation in recommending Cobra
Delivery excellent also

Prompt attention. My parcel was expertly packed and arrived quickly.

Ordering and delivery was so easy, mower arrived on time and so easy to assemble. Charged up the batteries next day and gives an excellent cut.

Prompt delivery and driver put mower in garage

Cobra Blower Vac is very easy to start, plus spares availability superb. One call to Jordan with part numbers from the appliance's web - page and was up and running.
Very impressed with service.

Great company.
Bought this great lawnmower. First one arrived with the connecting wire broken. Replaced with no quibble at all - couldn't have been more helpful.
I'm and OAP and its light, easy to put together and powerful, it coped with my large garden with no problem.

Good product, easy to assemble, great to use.

Delivery service was not good, supposed to be delivered on the 1/5/26, arrived on 5/5/26

Lawmmower gearbox broke after several years of use.Product was serviced every season. Purchased and had a new gearbox fitted. Broke again on first cut!! I emailed the customer service support with pictures to show issue - nothing!!
Phoned twice, with the promise of a return call. Nothing!!
Appreciate the warranty only covers for 2 years, but the aftersales is pretty poor and I'd expect the product to last much longer than just beyond the warranty period.
Disappointed as pleased with the machine, but customer service is absolutely terrible, so not buying from them again!! Beware!!

First class service
