Really disappointed with the product. I ordered the San Lorenzo Hoodie in Black, and while it looks amazing online, the quality is poor and it feels like a cheap import.

The most disappointing thing, however, is the sizing. It’s absolutely shocking. I ordered a Small, but it’s easily closer to a Large. The fit is nowhere near what would be expected, and as a result it’s completely unwearable for me.

Very poor customer service, I have tried multiple times with no response.

Product has not turned up, might have to contact bank and request my money back.

Worst customer service ever, infact it’s non existent, numerous emails for a returns form with zero response. Pray you get your order/fit correct or you’ll be stuck with it.

The quality and shape of their Tee’s are outstanding, I would also like to mention Sara from support who was very helpful with my experience with the business.

Ordered the tracksuit, jacket came with some form of iron burn mark on it. After informing them they completely ignored me (message says read on Instagram) and never emailed back. 2 weeks later still waiting.
Just another business that takes your money and doesn't care

Made an order almost 2 weeks ago. Status is still processing with no updates. Very poor communication from CS team. Only 1 reply with the words “soon”. Very bad customer experience

First order somehow the delivery address was wrong and I contacted straight away via email, heard back from Sara and she manually updated it and got my order to the correct address and love the clothes :)

He comprado varías prendas durante algunas temporadas. Siempre quedó satisfecho por su calidad y diseño. Sin duda es una excelente marca. Solo batallo un poco con los envíos por el costo e impuestos porque soy de México

Pas cool d’autant que l’article est beaucoup trop grand…les commentaires pour le retour sont peu encourageant : pas reçu de remboursement, problématiques diverses.
Je déconseille donc ce site.

I don't tend to leave reviews but I had a customer service query that Sara helped me with and the response was incredibly fast and understanding and will result in me certainly ordering from them again. Great service.

C'était la première fois que je comendait cette superbe marque. Je suis clairement devenu fan. Lors de ma commande il ya eus un petit soucis de livraison. J'ai fais appel au service client qui m'ont répondus très vite et trouvé la solution pour que je puisse récupérer mon colis a bonne adresse. Un service au top, un vrai suivi client et une approche très cordiale dans l'échange. Je recommande fortement.

Ordered a jumper. Came quick which is good. But I’ve been emailing the address given on the site to process a refund but haven’t received a response. It’s been over a week and two emails have been sent and still nothing. I’m most likely going to be out of pocket now with a jumper I can’t wear.

Fantastic brand! The quality of material and designs are amazing. The team are super supportive and always on hand to help in a timely manner. I have had to return/exchange a few items over the last 2 years as my son has been between sizing. This has always been easy and straightforward. Exchanges happen quickly and refunds are within policy timelines.
I can not recommend this brand enough and will continue to shop with them

Op 5 maart had ik een shirtje besteld, en ik kreeg maar geen verzendbewijs, 2 weken verder en 2 keer mailen zag ik in mijn spam dat ik mijn telefoonnummer moest opgeven voordat ze het pakket gingen versturen, daarna moest ik nog eens €23,60 inklaringskosten betalen omdat het afkomstig is uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Tip: Wil je hier bestellen, geef gelijk je telefoonnummer op en je aankoop is achter af dus nog €23,60 duurder.

Ordered from here about 4 times now, not a single complaint. The pieces are sized well and keep their quality over time. From the marketing, to the product, to Sara at customer service - everything about the company is impressive. Would definitely recommend.

After contacting customer support, they replied very quickly (within less than 24 hours), listened to my issue and offered a replacement solution.
