Absolute con website. Don’t believe any positive review about this site. It’s likely to be fake. They try the same trick with everyone. Utterly misleading AI generated images that are nothing like the product you receive. Then they try and convince you to keep it with ever increasing discounts until they tell you to return it…….to china! A .co.uk website supposedly based in London eh. I think not. Had to do a charge back on my credit card to get my money back as I was not paying more than the product was worth to send it to China.

Lovely retirement present got the whisky to put in it looked great

If I could leave less than a star I would! This website is disgusting how they treat their customers and all they send is cheap tat not anywhere near what they are advertising!! Asked for a refund to be told its at my expense? Nope not happening! Oh okay you can keep it with 25% back...still nope! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! AS SOMEONE WHO REVIEWS EVERYTHING LITERALLY...I MADE A MISTAKE WITH THIS ONE AND TRUSTED THE PHOTOS!! STAY AWAY!!

Absolute rubbish, cheap from china, nothing like pictures on website, smaller and not in presentation box. Sent in polystyrene and cardboard box. when you ask for a refund they offer a 15% compensation payment or return to China which is more than the item is worth. Absolute fraudsters, DO NOT BUY.

Got my 2 x wolves heads today.....PATHETIC!...something you'd get from a pound shop!!......don't buy anything from this company.......worst product's i've ever bought off the Internet Ever!!........they've gone in the bin!!!!!!!!

Stupidly purchased the “Wolf” decanter for Father’s Day, and what turned up looks more like a sad Bear.
Firstly, it took 3 weeks to show up with poor updates on delivery. I was surprised it took so long with UK addresses being published and nothing about over-seas delivery mentioned.
It eventually arrived in just bubble wrap, so am amazed it wasn’t damaged.
It’s a lot smaller, the detail is non existent and someone had drawn eyes on with a sharpie. Not joking.
Now in a painful email exchange with “Charlotte” offering a 15% refund, after being told my photos had been reviewed and they believe it matches what is advertised?!?! Absolutely no chance, and am not paying the shipping fees to return. I’ll follow others advice and get a refund through my bank.

Ordered the Dragon decanter on a whim and I'm really glad I did. It's a statement piece and always gets comments when people come round. The glass quality is excellent and it pours beautifully. Thoroughly recommended.

Total SCAM do not buy from this company we purchased the Ozzy decanter only to find that what arrived was cheap crap possibly from china which did not resemble what we were lead to believe in the photo would arrive lets hope carma catches up with them

Took about ten days to arrive which was a little longer than I was expecting. Not a huge deal but worth knowing if you need it for a specific date. The Case IH decanter itself was brilliant though and my husband absolutely loved it. Would order again.

Ordered one as a gift and it arrived faster than I expected, packaged really well. The person I bought it for was made up. I'll definitely be coming back when I need another gift for someone.

Ordered the Mustang for my nephew and it arrived with a small bubble in the glass. Not a massive deal but noticeable if you look closely. Flagged it with customer service and they were very apologetic and offered a partial refund which I thought was fair. The overall quality is good and he was pleased with it.

I've bought decanters from other places before and this is a step above. Sits perfectly, pours cleanly and the whole thing feels substantial. A proper grown-up decanter, not a novelty. Very satisfied.

If you could give a minus star I would, although customer service were quick to respond to my complaint, the items I received were NOT representative to what I thought I was purchasing, the items were smaller than advertised and were not in a presentation box as advertised on the website....I would definitely NOT recommend this website.

Terrible products, false advertising as what arrives is nothing what they look like. Poor quality and do not arrive within the time frame given. Customer service do not care at all

The decanter I purchased arrived and looks nothing like the advertised image on their site - It looks like a child made it! Its truly awful!
I contacted them with a side by side image of what I should have received vs what I did and was told 'no that's the right item' but If I do want a full refund, I have to cover the cost to return it.. to CHINA!
I didn't realise in this day and age that you could just use AI to create a photo of something (as its clearly not what they make), take peoples money and send them cheap crap and get away with it!

Looks nothing like the advert it’s sooo small and and just a blank small bit of glass. Arrived in Temu wrapping and polystyrene no display box it’s absolutely rubbish !!!!

Purchased a decanter. It turned up after two weeks. When it arrived it was so disappointing. Nothing like the pictures at all. Highlighted sections painted by hand were absolute rubbish. Tried to return for a full refund only to be offered 25% of purchase price. I really don’t take to writing reviews but this decanter is absolute rubbish. Read the small print as the purchaser is liable for returned items postage! You have been warned! Avoid these things at all cost and spend your money elsewhere!

Nothing like the pictures wouldn’t even pay £5 for it! Come 3 weeks after I ordered it after paying for fast shipping! Wouldn’t even hold half a bottle of whisky! Come in a brown box nothing like advertised, don’t waste your time or money

What a disappointment, cheap over priced unimpressive rubbish! Having difficulties making a return as my email request is being ignored.

I was horrified with my purchase from Chapter 84 London. The Mustang whisky decanter I received looked nothing like the product advertised on their website. This was a Father’s Day present for my daughter’s dad, she actually cried when she saw it and said it looked really bad. It was very sad. We could not give him such a hideous thing.

I am currently in the process of obtaining a charge back from my bank to recover the money. I recommend everyone who has been affected to do this too. Don’t let these scammers steal your hard earned money. You are entitled to a refund as the item is significantly not as described. Other posts note they have successfully received a charge back, I am expecting the same, and will update at a later date.

The listing shows a highly detailed, premium-looking decanter with realistic body lines, grille, wheels and a quality finish. The item that arrived was much lower-quality, with far less detail. It did not resemble the product shown in the photographs in the slightest.

The advertising gave the impression I was purchasing a premium display piece, but what I received fell well short of those expectations. I received a cheap, nasty piece of junk. The realistic features were replaced with stickers, and they couldn’t even stick them on straight.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Chapter 84 they insisted the item was exactly what was shown on their website, which is quite amusing to be honest. It is clear to see from the comparison images that the received item is totally different.

I have attempted to exercise my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, however, they have consistently refused to provide a full refund. Insisting I pay return postage, which I am not prepared to do, and will not be doing.

They quote this in in their returns policy apparently, however, a companies return policy cannot remove, or restrict, a customers statutory rights

It is a total waste of time contacting them, but I would advise doing this to build up the evidence for your charge back claim from your bank. They first offer a 15% refund, then a 50%, refund, and lastly a 60% refund. If they truely believe the item is exactly the same as the advertised product, they would outright reject the refund. They would not continue to increase their offer. They also state you have to return the item to China, in which the cost would far outweigh any refund amount offered. They are trying to trick you into thinking you are just better off cutting your losses, don’t let them fool you. Insist they provide a pre paid postage label as the item is not as described. Legally, you should not be left out of pocket for this.

They threaten you when you tell them you are going to contact your bank. They give you a list of things they say they are going to provide your bank to make you feel like you are in the wrong. You are not in the wrong, I think your bank will find this company laughable, anyone who saw the comparison photos would.

Based on the quality of the product I received, I would advise to never purchase a decanter from this company. You are buying the headache of having endless problems, and the inconvenience of having to do a charge back through your bank.

I am currently in the process of reporting this company to trading standards.
