What a truly awful company to deal with!

They could not be more removed from London if they tried. Ordered a Fire Engine Whiskey decanter, claiming in time for Father’s Day! Ordered 13th June, delivered 30th June. After many emails progressing the order and also trying to cancel said order as it was late. It was actually required as a gift as a birthday present which was 2 days after Father’s Day as there was no movement with the tracking of the parcel. They claim that the item could not be cancelled as it was in transit and within the quoted delivery schedule! Even when it was later than scheduled they still would not accept the item being cancelled. Well today it arrived and it is so far removed from the item shown on their website when ordered, it looks like a cheap imitation of what is shown. The detail in the glass is appalling, if it was late and was as shown/described I could have forgiven them! However with this utter rubbish it is not worth the cardboard box it was posted in!
Avoid at all costs, don’t waste your money!

Please, please, please DO NOT ORDER OFF THESE took over 4 weeks to come it's nothing like the original photo at all then I looked into them and the same glass decanters are on temu and shien for £5 the exact same pictures place they've come from and seller they have made a fake site up and making it out to be somthing it's not I am reporting them to trading standards and iv contacted them for a full refund.

Paid for a decanter as a gift and ordered way before the date needed. Delivery date came and went .. and the seller states that their 'stock' came from China, so temu/AliExpress junk, and I'd just have to wait. Item was supposedly delivered but I never received it. Had to claim the payment back via my bank. Please avoid and save yourself some stress.

Every glass decanter I looked at appears to be available on AliExpress for around £6 to £15, yet they're being sold here at a vastly inflated price. From what I can see, this looks like another drop shipping operation taking advantage of people who don't realise they're buying inexpensive imports from China.

Personally, I wouldn't be comfortable entering my personal or payment details on this website. I'd rather spend five minutes searching AliExpress than pay several times the price for exactly what appears to be the same product.

Do yourself a favour: save your money, skip the marketing hype, and shop elsewhere.

If I could give ZERO stars for this outfit I would gladly give it. Purchased one of their fire engine decanters for a retired firefighter friend of mine. To say that I was disgusted with what they sent me would be an understatement!!! Their advertisement shows a superbly detailed American style fire tender with “Jack Daniel’s” motifs,ladders and looking extremely stylish. Well worth the £26 plus ( discounted) price.
The product they sent was made in paper thin glass with no ladders,no “Jack Daniel’s” logo and a black plastic stopper which overshadows the whole item. Just absolute rubbish. Tried to send it back whereupon they offered a small refund on the cost. Refused this and was offered a larger refund. Again refused this and asked for a return label or address for return. No address given and I asked for a full refund through KLARNA. They have written to chapter 84 but received no reply. KLARNA are still awaiting any response from Chapter 84.

Bought the Harley-Davidson one for a mate who's been riding for thirty years. He was Absoloutly delighted. the craftsmanship is genuinely good and you can tell its not mass-product tat. Will be buying one for myself shortly

If I could give no star I would. This company is not a reputable company. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHAPTER 84!!! My order took over 2 weeks to arrive yet they state they are in the UK. The item received looked nothing like the pictures shown on their website. Save your money TOTAL SCAM !!

The item I received did not resemble the item advertised on the website in any way at all. The item shown was a moderately sized, decorative skull decanter with ornate exterior detailing and ornate stopper, with a flat base so it could stand on display, and presented in a beautiful gift box. What I received was a small plain glass decanter with no detailing and a basic black plastic stopper, without a flat base and in no gift packaging. It looked very basic and cheap by comparison. The company will then attempt to negotiate with regards to your legal rights for a full refund and return shipping costs to be paid and I am currently in dispute with them. Totally mispresentative and illegal practices.

Firstly the company peddle themselves as a uk company, then the product takes ages to come from China and the result is just nothing like their professional photographs. The skull I bought was tiny, cheap moulded glass with a small plastic stopper, wrapped in a bit of foam and a tatty cardboard box. Do not be tempted at all costs!!!

If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have purchased! Took advantage of a really good price but BIG MISTAKE!! Before delivery I contacted them to cancel but very negative response! Delivery took over 14 days and arrived in tatty box with no branding, item significantly smaller than shown...could have been bought at Car Boot for £5!! Generally POOR!!

Absolute piece of garbage. Ordered a Harley Davison decanter. Tiny, with the quality being so poor that it almost feels like plastic, and they couldn’t even get the logo’s straight. They offered me a 25% reduction instead of a refund, but I wouldn’t give it away. I’d rather send it back to China and swallow the postage cost.

Decanter is shipped from China ( not UK) in polystyrene box and plain cardboard box ( no fancy box ) it’s a plain glass decanter and probably cost’s a £5 to produce !

I ordered the Eagle decanter but the decanter I received looked more like a pigeon, NOTHING like the photos shown online. The glass was so lightweight, cheap and nasty it felt like it would break very easily. When I asked for a refund I was told that the return address was in China which would have cost as much as the decanter itself. I was offered a 25% refund if I kept the item which I ended up accepting reluctantly. The website shows their addresses as either London or Newcastle so was not expecting to return the item to China!

Also shown on the website was the decanter packaged in a very nice presentation box whereas mine came in a scruffy cardboard box packed in polystyrene.

I would certainly not recommend buying from this company.

UPDATE:
The decanter which was stored on shelf out of the way of anything has now exploded! This has left my elderly parents with a massive mess and thin sharp shards of glass to clean up! Not only is this product a complete scam but also dangerous. Avoid this company at all costs, they do not respond to you.

The pictures are not what you get..their only glass cheap stickers i think they should sell what they show ..no chrome coloured features and no wooden case and blow moulded glass for shape and smaller than shown in pictures

I purchased an ozzy osbourn decanter absolute rubbish nothing like the picture an came in a crushed cardboard box this company should be stopped conning people out of their well earned cash

What you see in the photo bears no resemblance to what arrives. I bought the Mustang for my son and to say I was disappointed in an understatement. They are offering me a 15% refund on it unless I send it back and pay for the postage and they inspect it. It's going to cost me more to return it. The photos are nice the product is below poor.

As other reviews have said, I would have given them 0 stars if possible. The mustang decanter was nothing like advertised. Small, tacky & stickers weren’t even placed straight ! The stickers on the front of the glass were also nothing like pictured. Complete scam and as others also mentioned was only offered 15% refund after complaining about how poor the product is. Completely misleading, don’t waste your money ! Also took over 2 weeks to be delivered.

Please don't get fooled and buy any item from them. I thought I was buying from a legit British website but it turned out that if you wish to return the item, you have to send it to a Chinese warehouse and foot the bill. Which may be as much as the price of the item.
Decanter themselves are cheap glass, smaller and tacky. Nothing like on the pictures.

Item not as described!!! Complete rip off- the quality is terrible. Not a uk company- shipped from china. Ordered over 2.5 weeks ago and the product is laughable. I want a refund.
