Very responsive hosting provider, good quality network, and really no complaints at all!

Great pricing, excellent customer service and an amazing network.

I switched over from OVH since their poor network was causing frequent packet loss issues for my users. Can't say I've regretted it so far. Clouvider's customer service was able to meet all of my server needs, and even DDoS protection needs.

Would recommend Clouvider to anyone.

I have been following Clouvider for a while now, on LowEndTalk and the various LowEnd communities.

I've always been curious, as they are a provider that is very local to myself. Eventually I took the plunge and ordered up an E3v6. I had a few questions initially, but Dominik went out of his way to answer them and get myself setup. I ordered late on a Friday night, and the email to say I was ready was with me at 8:30am on the Saturday morning.

I then went ahead and started installing and setting up the server. My inital impressions are very good, and the latency back to my house is below 10ms (my house is just north of London).

Nothing is too much effort for Dominik it seems. I would highly recommend him and his services for anything you need hosting-wise.

I mean lets start this plain and simple this wasn't a easy "yeah you can do that on OVH" setup. No way, this had a lot of manual setup including own drives, custom networking configuration including BGP, and Dominik staying awake till midnight with us trying to debug a issue with our drive/BIOS (of which ended up being our fault somewhat)

Following this we spent sometime playing about with our new toys and eventually ended up coming to our decisions about yet another change to our networking config and migrations from a competitor in London. The extent Dom and his team have given to ensuring our business and future relations have been beyond legendary, the personal and professional attitude shown and just the genuine human being feel of this was beyond expectation.

We look forward to working with Dom and team at Clouvider and if you are out there reading this review thinking "well why should I pick Clouvider?". You'll only truly know when you do, my review can't put into words the levels Clouvider has gone for us.

The machine we ordered was set up promptly with a drive we'd sent in, however we experienced a few problems with the machine it.
This was no problem for Dominik - In the DC into the early hours debugging it, even went as far as buying a replacement for testing.
Clouvider's network is also one of the best I've seen. Low-latency connections to a good portion of UK ISPs via PNI and LINX, With transit from high quality Tier 1 providers for those clients that are a tad further away.

I did a fair bit of research before signing up with Clouvider and transferring my clients to one of their Virtual Dedicated Servers.

I chose to go with them because the packages they offered were well priced and I thought that you seem to get a lot for your money when compared with other providers.

Their staff are very helpful and have been able to help with all my questions and have provided excellent response times as well. Dominik on a regular occurrence goes out of his way to answer tickets out of hours! Which in my experience this speaks volume it self on how dedicated he is to provide the best service possible ensuring his clients are happy.

I've been with a fair few providers within the U.K. and hands down Clouvider have it all, the hardware in which they use is far from "cheap" and the provisioning of my service was within minutes.

The overall network performance is rock solid too! I'm with Virgin Media and since they now utilise a premium uplink with Liberty Global (Virgin Media) I've seen a massive improvement.

If you're looking a for a U.K. provider I would definitely recommend Clouvdier and would suggest you give them a try before anyone else.

We are a very happy client of Clouvider for a long time now. I approached Dominic a couple of years ago, as I was looking for a new UK PoP and they seemed like the perfect choice.

Amazing prices, superb network, outstanding customer support, brand new hardware, fast deployment. Everything there seems to be done with much care for each and every customer, no matter how small. Personal touch, custom and flexible solutions. Very understanding and considerate staff and of course 24/7/365 support coverage. And that's not even half of it.

Redundancy is on a great level - starting from DC equipment, going through network, finishing with each and every machine connected to dual diverse network links and power feeds. Obviously a well thought design for all their offerings.

Network - maybe one of the greatest I've ever used in Europe. Clouvider seems to be spending a ton of time on building a good Juniper-based network, adding multiple tier-1 providers and peering with everyone possible.

On the support side - all is top notch. Fast and friendly responses, solving issues in minutes. Dominic has helped us multiple times with stuff not related to Clouvider, going out of his way just to help us out. I know that when I visit their site in London, the dinner afterwards will be on me.

TL;DR - Can recommend with both hands, no matter of the requirements - they will either meet them or outperform them.

Like others, I also had my eye on Clouvider and a recent sale pushed me over the edge. With the deal I got, I feel like I robbed them.

Dom has been nothing but superb, I've had my eye on a Clouvider dedicated server for quite a while now, and finally decided to grab one whilst it was on sale. For the quality you get, the price is more than appealing.

The server was setup very quickly and any questions I had were answered in a matter of minutes.
The network is excellent, being in the UK having something much closer to me is a big plus and any speedtests and benchmarks have had rock solid results.

Definitely recommend picking a server up from Clouvider if you haven't already!

Back in late summer 2015 I had the pleasure of getting to know Dominik from Clouvider. I was looking for a provider who could both deliver reliable hardware, network and uptime. So I decided to try them out after series of questions asked being answered in a professional manner.

The support from Clouvider turned out to be outstanding and exceeded my expectations in every way. Every little problem or request I had was dealt with professionalism and very quickly.

The performance of both my server and the network is one of the best I've ever had with a provider, if not the best. Since september 2015 I have moved few of my friends over to Clouvider who could'nt be happier.

7/2017 update:
Just a quick update from my previous review of Clouvider since 2015.
I'm still at Clouvider with my hosting server and still as happy as ever.
Just recently they upgraded their network hardware making it even faster than before. They have a sale right now so I recommend you to take advantage of it before they sell out.

Cloudvider's servers are brilliant, I've had zero problems with them since I became a customer. What I feel really sets them apart, though, is there outrageously good customer service. Every time I have a question, even when it's stupid, they give me great answers quickly.

I have never waited more than a few minutes for a reply and they have always solved my queries quickly and willingly.

I have been with a fair few hosts recently but I came back to Clouvider after awhile becuase I could not just get away from their services!

Customer support is amazing and very timely and friendly, very fast servers and espcially fast and stable network with very low latency to the rest of europe. I can not fault Clouvider and I have not had any problems with them at all!

Overall I recommend clouvider with whatever you're doing, it is abit on the expensive side for a few services however you really do pay for quality! they really do like going the extra mile.

Their hosting hardware is great. Uptime is always 100%. Support staff carefully listen to customer's needs and encourage you to ask questions. They do not stop working until customer is fully satisfied. Respond time to support requests is less than 5 minutes. Even support for third party applications is provided under managed service. It is extremely rare to find such skillful and friendly support staff.
