Website issues and no order confirmation

I had a difficult time with the website. I was able to place the order but at the same time I wanted to join as a member. I put all my information in but never received an email saying I had joined. So I tried to login and the site said my account or password info was incorrect. So I tried to use the chat and found out that just an automated system. Was very frustrating. Then I didn't even recieve confirmation email that my order was placed. Now 2 days later, I just received an email that my order shipped. I've ordered before from clickinks but never had this much problem. Not sure it was worth the trouble.

Confused by website

When I first went on the website, I could not locate the info for the new printer I have purchased since my earlier order. As frustrating as that feels, it only took a phone call to be directed to the material I needed. Within 2-3 days the order arrived. I am a happy camper now - thank you.

Great price and service

It was easy to find the ink cartridges I needed and they arrived in about a week. Great service. I have been using Clickinks exclusively for a number of years.

Received defective cyan toner when I…

Received defective cyan toner when I tried to use it (few months after ordering it) as it left blue spots on my papers. I emailed complaint and never heard from your CS. Since, I am now ordering from Ink Tech.

You lost a customer over a $35 toner.
