Terrible experience of new bathroom installation. Firstly the installer they sent was the rudest man. He had no idea of plumbing regulations. The tiling he did is dreadful. After arguing with him then the office staff to install plasterboard on a wrecked internal wall the installer did he used the wrong plasterboard. Not the wet room plasterboard. He ripped out all my copper pipes and put in his van, for money no doubt!! I emailed the office regarding this and no reply from them!! Fitted sink 2 inches away from wall too close to open shower, it now gets soaked every shower. Fitted shower unit, no waterproofing around the tray whatsoever.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fabulous Company, our cistern leaked and we needed a new boiler ect fast.Jovy and his wonderful team came and fitted a new boiler heating system and shower-in 4 days.His work was excellent he cared for our property and everything was put back in place hardly any mess, nothing was too much trouble for Jovy and I will recommend his team to families and freinds Thanks Jovy for your time, effort and excellent work

Two years ago, I entrusted Clearwater Kitchen & Bathrooms Ltd with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation, and they did an efficient and professional job. The renovation was completed on time, and the quality of work was excellent. Recently, I reached out to their customer service for additional help, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, just as they were during the renovation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, even years after the project, really impressed me. I can confidently recommend Clearwater to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality renovation services!

I had a kitchen installed 5yrs ago by this company, which I was more than happy with, in quality and time taken, recently I had problems with two cupboard door hinges which they supplied and fitted free of charge.

They use substandard tradesmen
They ask you to sign for the work completed on the day they start, and the money too
Definitely felt bullied, and also we paid way over the top for a fitted ensure of mediocre quality

Had a bathroom installed and within two weeks the grout is broken and cracked. The seal comes away from the bath when it has water in it. Despite several emails and calls - I have had no response and have had to contact trading standards. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

My dealings with this company began when I received a flyer through my door offering a 30 percent discount if they do showhome pictures after the kitchen is finished. I believe this is just a common marketing ploy which has been used on me before. The kitchen was still almost 10 grand not including the floor being done or any decorating.

I was happy with the laborers who removed the old kitchen, they were friendly and great to deal with. The electrician also did a really good job. Those are the only positives I have here.

Zero dust prevention measures were taken resulting in dust being spread all through the entire house. The joiner was always in a rush because he wants to be finished by 2PM. As such, his work was substandard and he left rubbish all over the floor and in my new sink. He slammed the door on the way out when he left as I had to point out bits he had missed.
The first plumber they sent was very inexperienced, as he plumbed in my water heater incorrectly and unsafely resulting in it not working at all along with a leaking fitting. The second time he came back, he sorted the heater, but more of the fittings were leaking after he touched them. I therefore requested a more experienced plumber who then put everything right. There is no attention to detail. Little things like fingerprints all over the cooker hood after they fitted it and rubbish and dust being left behind just create a really bad impression of your company.

I had a lot of difficulty getting through to them, with multiple phone calls during their business hours going unanswered. My requests to speak to the managing director were declined as I was told he doesn't deal with customers. Hmm, I wonder why? Everyone I spoke to about this says it is very dodgy. I requested £500 off the job as I was very dissatisfied with all of this. They came back with £250 which I agreed to. They then had the utter cheek to phone me asking me to write a 5 star Google review before they send the cheque because of 'how well' they have dealt with everything. I probably wouldn't have received the 250 if I hadn't written the review. Well guess what? You have your 5 star google review but the truth will be made known elsewhere. If you had just accepted the original settlement requested and acted like a decent, transparent, honest company, I would have been happy and left it at that. That google review thing was the final straw for me.

Just get a kitchen from Howdens and find a good joiner to fit it. Steer well clear.

The kitchen was fitted with a week. The workmanship was first class . We have been delighted with the kitchen and would highly recommend this company

I'd not heard of this company before, but liked what I read and felt confident after a couple of visits from the salesman, and the head office.
I was not disappointed.
The work was carried out extremely quickly and smoothly.
Joey and his team were amazingly efficient and impressive in the way they cleaned up after each day's work.
I'm very satisfied with the finished article. Also happy with the help and cooperation of office staff.

We had a problem with some kitchen doors and contacted customer services and spoke to a Ms Kelly Cowie and explained the problem we then forwarded photographs. Within 1 week we had a reply from Kelly informing us that she has resolved the problem and the doors will be replaced shortly so far she has kept us updated we are delighted with the service she has provided.

We recently had our new bathroom installed by Clearwater Kitchens and Bathrooms at the beginning of May.
From our initial meeting in the Coatbridge showroom to the final installation the service was great.
Robbie & Stevie worked hard and had our bathroom installed in 2 and a half days. Both were very polite, knowledgeable and tidy workers who we can’t praise enough.
We would certainly recommend the company.

I made an enquiry for an appointment for a kitchen quotation through My Beautiful Kitchen and then received calls from someone saying she was from Clearwater Kitchens and Bathrooms confirming an appointment on a Sunday afternoon.

We waited from an hour before the appointment to an hour after and there was no sign of the representative.

Total waste of my time.

I had a dreadful experience. Clearwater left me without water in my sink for weeks, botched the floor tiles first time round,had to put false ceiling in as hadn't measured wet wall correctly, plasterer didn't arrive, holes in the wet walls where they drilled in the wrong place, gave me a row for phoning one of the workmen early in the morning because I was trying to ensure they brought the correct materials. Overall I felt disrespected and cadged off. This happened July 2022 (had to give a more recent date as there isn't an option to go back). They refused to take money off but gave me a radiator. I felt stressed by the experience and would never recommend them to do a bathroom refit. I felt bullied into accepting an inferior service.

First class service from initial bathroom design to installation. Customer service team always check in to see if happy with progress. Robbie and Stevie installed our bathroom in 2 and a half days working like machines. Polite and well mannered lads who were respectful in our property, tidied up after each day. Cannot recommend this Company highly enough.

Had Kitchen and bathroom fitted by Clearwater. Jason done fantastic job on my kitchen. I am delighted with it.
Gabor fitted my bathroom and he also done a great job. Both Kelly and Caitlin in the office were very helpful too. Thanks to all the staff.

Everything was done to perfection they kept me informed of all along the way. There was only 1 mis hap the plumber was supposed to come WED the 17/04/24 at night but didn't arrive till the morning, I was left with no water or cooker but it was sorted first thing the next morning
