I recently had a new bathroom installed.Graham and Scott were very efficient and the standard and quality off work was excellent.They completed the job in 3 days which was brilliant .Kelly was also very helpful and her communication was timely and accurate.

Had a complete bathroom fitted recently by Robbie and Stevie/clearwater.their work was excellent and cleaned up after them every night.no mess at all highly recommended . Iain and Ruth maclellan

jason and george were very respectful and tidy when doing our kitchen
and they made a excellent job of it
would definitely recommend clearwater as they were very helpful and went out of their way to help us at all decisions along the way from design to finishing

the owner and staff are very easy to get along with and would help us at all times

jason is a very good fitter is on time and does exactly what he says graham the plumber is so helpful to and the electrician is extremely friendly and and knowledgeable
to be honest i don’t think i can really fault anyone at any point

Do not use! Awful company - treated family terribly after such a high cost and now charging more - funny enough Bobby name come up again!

Recently had a bathroom installed with Clearwater... from start to finish each and every person we dealt with was 100% professional and so helpful from design with Ricky to follow up from the girls in the office to the 2 guys on install (sorry forgotten their names)cant fault and would defiantly recommend these guys.

My review is for the Clearwater Composite Granite Quarsil Tivoli 1.5 Bowl & Drainer Polar Inset Kitchen Sink - TIVD150PO
which is the worst sink and drainer I have ever owned. I am almost 70, so I've owned a few. I got to a count of 20, then lost track, so you get the idea. This sink stains badly and won't come up clean no matter what chemicals I use on it. I thought, being white, I could avoid watermarks - I live in a hard water area, but the marks still show, and the washing up water leaves a stain on the sink as well as the drainer. You'd think I was cooking mud and only rinsing the utensils (I'm not). It's absolutely awful, and I really regret buying it.
Another annoyance with it is the design; the division between the main sink and the half sink is too high, and water on there either sits or runs off onto the worktop.
The outside end of the drainer also allows water to run off onto the worktop as that end of the drainer is too low to send the water back into the sink.

Where to start? 😂

Bobby, who you can see has been mentioned here before, comes out, stays for 3/4 hours and wears you down into a sale. Offered to do our kitchen for £14k, then magically, after calling his manager. Got it down to £11k. So, what you're saying is, you'd have happily overcharged us by £3k.

Of course that offer only applied whilst he was there. If he left, the offer went with him. Massively arrogant, high pressure sales.

We signed up, as we do need a new kitchen. But hours later, after actually having time to think things through, we decided that we weren't happy with the cost, the design layout, or... We'll anything else really.

We cancelled.

And the response from CLEARWATER pure silence. Not even an acknowledgement.

Beware of their Ads on sites like Facebook and the like, advertising under different names. "My Classic Kitchen" is one.

I'd maybe have not bothered leaving a review if their aftercare was a smidgen better than what I experienced but the only word I have for this shower, are COWBOYS.

Wants the sale, and only the sale.

Steer Clear.

Red flags all over ,

Followed up on a promotional offer a year later, and began to question if I had a partner.. who is not the home owner.. that they would have to be present, all got a little weird, invaise, sarky and inappropriate, felt like the council and co-inhabiting rules. I promptly ended the call and told them it was inappropriate and odd.

Excellent service from start to finish of the project and really happy with the final result. Designed and installed exactly as we would have wanted. Special mention to Robbie and Stevie for their service throughout the installation.

From our first visit to the showroom, Ricky was fantastic, very patient taking us through all the options. Once we picked what we wanted, Ricky designed our new bathroom on his CAD and showed us a 3D rotating image of what it looked like. Then worked out our quote which was very competitive. We arranged for the bathroom to be installed when we were on holiday and arrived back as the installation team were just finishing off. They left everthing clean and tidy, the bathroom looked amazing, even better than the 3D image!! Can't recommend Clearwater Bathhrooms highly enough, first class job from walking into their showroom to the completion of our new bathroom.

Kitchen a mess wdnt recomend dont plaster walls units far to high cant reach top shelfs .its all drawers and wall units you to buy your own washing machine ...for.the price a disgrace ... told them come take it out .....but dont listen where do you turn to .......ive learned a lesson ...... only thing good was workmen

I recently had a bathroom installed by Clearwater, I was very happy with the finished result, a small adjustment was required following installation which Clearwater responded to within 24 hrs, I can recommend them as a good company to deal with from John the salesman to the fitters who installed the bathroom

Had my very old and dated bathroom replaced with a modern shower room. Absolutely delighted from start to finish from first contact and design by Ricky, to the organising and follow up from Kelly. The installation team, Robbie and Steve, were first class working well into the evening to complete the job well within my expected timeframe. I would definitely recommend Clearwater and will definitely be using them in future for my kitchen upgrade.

Late husband had planned layout for my kitchen but ill health prevented the work being done.
Explained layout we had in mind.
Design folk looked, gave me a different plan that completely missed out the big double door fridge-freezer though my husband’s plan included it. They also dissed cupboards that had a hardboard backing, saying it wouldn’t last. Hmm.. My kitchen has a hardboard backing and is still intact after the forty years I’ve been living here.
My proposed door colours of Navy and White were ‘revised’ to camel :(
I think they forgot it was my kitchen.
Price quoted, even with discount, was high in comparison with other kitchen companies.
PS If you have an indoor cat. Beware. Even though I told them that doors have to be kept shut, discovered after they’d gone, that both bathroom door and window were open. By all good fortune, cat was sleeping soundly elsewhere in the house.
That awful heart drop moment of "Has she got out?” coupled with high price of a layout that forgot my fridge, was more than enough to make my mind up.
Emailed to say I would not be using this company.
Never received a reply.

Excellent after sales support.
I had an issue with a bathroom utility unit and when I called Clearwater, Kelly got me sorted by ordering a replacement part from the manufacturer and scheduled fitting within a few days.

Avoid at all costs, would be zero if that was an option.
If you haven't signed yet, don't, if you have an you are within 14 days, cancel.
Salesman Bobby lied to us re the quality of their kitchen products, talked us in to replacing our kitchen and granite worktops, rather than just replacing the doors to get a sale. Told us our new kitchen would be £27k but we could get it for £14k if we agreed to before and after photos, did the hard sell, must sign today etc etc. Now I know why you have to pay in full upfront, as nobody would pay the reduced price never mind the full price when they see the end product, cheap chipboard worktops with iron on ends. We would never have agreed to remove our granite if we had been shown the actual products at point of sale, all Bobby showed us was a colour swatch. After the installation I immediately complained, the sales manager John came out with Bobby to see us, John himself said he was surprised when he saw we were replacing granite, but ultimately said we got what we signed for on the contract, if we wanted it changed to quartz we had to pay another £2k. I offered to meet them in the middle as I accepted some responsibility, we should have insisted on seeing proper samples before signing up, we made the huge mistake of trusting Bobby, who advised us that the new worktops would be "amazing, sleek, compact, look amazing, scratch proof, stain & heat resistant, nothing like the old type laminate worktops etc etc" which is exactly what we got, cheap laminate & chipboard, installed with a scratch.
After months of to & fro we eventually got the worktop replaced, again with cheap laminate, this time with a fly impregnated in it. Again they refused to change the worktop for a better quality. I wanted to speak to someone higher than John the sales manager & Kelly the after sales manager but was refused, apparently the director Alan MacMillan was aware of all of our issues and he also thought just replacing the worktop again was acceptable. The whole experience dealing with this company has been awful, so stressful and I would hate for others to experience this nightmare after spending £15k on a supposed "high quality kitchen" and only getting budget quality. Needless to say there has been no before & after pictures shown on their website, as most people would agree my before was better than the after.

Just had my bathroom totally refitted and pleased with the results. Robert the surveyor was very knowledgable and the fitters Robbie & Stevie did a super job,including lovely tiling and new flooring. Nice guys and very helpful. A slight issue in that the wrong wash hand basin arrived but this was quickly resolved with the help of Kelly in the office who had kept in contact throughout. The day after fitting was complete all the old fixtures & waste materials were uplifted. Quality materials and a top quality finish.

From initial approach, planning and survey right through to the fitting of the bathroom was a great experience.
The job was completed in 2 days although we were told they had given it a week. The place was left very tidy at night the quality and workmanship was first class
Many thanks to Kaleigh in the office and to the to fitters Robbie and Stevie who carried out the work. First class job extremely satisfied with our decision to get Clearwater to do our install.

Delighted with our new bathroom and renovated kitchen.
Everyone involved from the planning, survey and installation worked to a very high standard.
Special mention to Kelly for dealing with any questions and minor problems quickly and efficiently.

Tap on our shower broke and I contacted Kelly from Clearwater. Kelly was fantastic ordered up the new part kept me informed through emails. The new part was sent to my home and shower is now sorted. Thank you Kelly for your first class Customer Service.
