Driver wasn't able to drop log store…
Driver wasn't able to drop log store in back yard due to pallet size, but dropped right outside gate so could easily unpack and take into yard.

I contacted the company before…
I contacted the company before purchasing a cottage arbour and was given helpful good advice. The purchase and delivery all went smoothly and I was pleased with my purchase.
The construction was relatively straight forward but the angle screws into the roof were the most challenging to do.
I feel the seat would have been better to have been bolted to the frame as I believe some makes are.
Important to leave final tightening of the screws until the supports are checked with a spirit level

Great. Arrived on time very easy to assemble and really good quality. One thing you must have a good quality 13mm spanner to tighten all of the bolts up. Would recommend

T&G Bundle
The bundle delivered was very heavy I could not lift it and when opened piece by piece some tongue's were damaged which I could not use
Good job I ordered mor than needed but one should not have to do that

Beautiful Two Seater Bench
The two seater ergonomic bench is well designed and comfortable.
The website is excellent and information about delivery times is very helpful.
it was easy to order the bench and coffee table after viewing on the website, and they were delivered free on the date and time specified by an extremely helpful delivery driver.

What a lovely company to deal with…
What a lovely company to deal with nothing was too much. Our Summer house arrived today and wow what great craftsmanship and fantastic value for money , big shot out to John & Dano for all their hard work getting into our garden thier a credit to your company.. highly recommend buying from this company

Great Bar Shed
From day one when we popped into the showroom, the service we had was exemplary.
The communication from Chris was superb and the lead time excellent.
The two installation guys were bang on time, very neat and tidy and extremely courteous.
The build quality of the bar shed is exceptional, very robust and we’re looking forward to entertaining our friends and family as soon as the weather warms up.
All in all exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Churnet Valley .

Fantastic corner summerhouse
We are absolutely over the moon with our corner Summerhouse. It was fitted by John and Sergei who were both extremely friendly and skilled. We found the price to be reasonable compared to other competitors on the market.The quality of the wood is great and we are so happy with the end result. Communication was great throughout and I would highly recommend churnet Valley. We really look forward to spending some quality time in our lovely new haven. Thanks so much.😊
