Big thank you to Kian who handled my enquiry earlier today, I just moved my insurance cover through Arthur Ghallager last November, always helpful customer service, but this time was a record breaking (a 50 minutes call) as I had so many questions to amend my policy, sorted in the end and all adjusted accordingly, can't get any better, highly skilled and polite. Ok to be honest I was close to cancelling my policy after 5 days seemed like no1 was bothering to listen to me but demanding things that only my previous insurance could deal directly with you. The only reason I'm leaving 5 stars is as one member of staff called molly went the extra mile and listened to me and called my previous insurance which settled everything. And I could continue she is a excellent at her job and can't thank her enough..so thank you molly for all your time and effort 🙏
