Hair in My Food — Beyond Disgusting
I wish I could give zero stars. I was halfway through my meal when I noticed a long strand of hair wrapped around my fork — not just near the food, but tangled in it. Completely unacceptable.
This wasn’t a minor slip-up. It shows a serious lack of attention to hygiene and food safety. I flagged it to the staff, and the response was underwhelming — no real apology, no urgency, just a weak offer to replace the meal. As if I’d want a second helping after that.
I won’t be coming back. If you care about cleanliness and basic standards, think twice before eating here.

I have been to enough poor quality Chipotle's over the years, but this is #1 the WORST...all of the above in the check boxes before this screen...
Firstly, i walked into the restaurant and the THREE employees were just standing around doing nothing, including the new recruit.
The meat i ordered was well done and dry, nothing like the photo displayed, but worst yet, was the drinks were ALL empty, and when i requested at least ice, they said they now had customers to wait on...true, the line did accumulate, but all those people will need fountain drinks, and I should wait for all of them to get the drink i paid for???
There was no use talking to 'Liliana' ?(the afro-american manager) as she stonewalled anything i said.....
I will not return to Chipotle again, without making due on my receipt of $18, in which my order came with well done meat, filthy restaurant, tables, condiment area, and NO drink....1/2 way thru my meal, the recruit put some ice in the machine....but still NO DRINKS.
2 of the 4 remained totally empty during my visit, in addition to the Tea.
The employees thought nothing of cleaning up the mess and filth in the rest. just look at the side of the TEA dispenser and the juice machine that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a week.
this is ONE STAR, and i will blog as such, without immediate recompense.

Every time I come in there
Every time I come in there, it is crowded, but the employees still get us through the line in quick fashion. They make sure that they communicate with the customers if they are missing any ingredients. They always have good customer service, and no matter how many people they have a good attitude. I love there food and will come back.

The food arrived in a disgusting condition. It was cold, soggy and hadn't been packed correctly so one food had contaminated another, meaning food allergies could have been compromised. I have a wheat allergy and my daughter had ordered a burrito. This company doesn't care about the health and safety of it customers. Completely disgusted

I can't believe this place stays in business. Today was my first and last time to buy food from Chipotle's, which is a shame because the food is good and the staff was awesome. I wanted to order online for pickup. I tried at least 15 times to place the order. Every time I clicked Add To Order the page refreshed and the item WASN'T in the shopping cart.
Three different devices, multiple browsers and it just didn't work. I finally discovered that if I added a specific item first it worked, then it worked with the rest of the items.
BUT, my son wanted a bean and cheese burrito, which is impossible to order. You HAVE TO order a 'protein'.
So, I finished my order only to have my form of payment rejected.
So, I drove there and went through the drive through. Crazy me expected a Chipotle drive through at a Chipotle, not a farging STARBUCKS!
So, I went inside. Fortunately, I remembered everyone's order since I had entered it 15 times in their useless website. And, the nice lady let me order a bean and cheese burrito without a farging 'protein'.
I paid with the same card their assinine website had rejected.
I would have been willing to forgive the staff leaving out the red chimichuri sauce on the side that I had asked for had I not already endured incompetance on such a ridiculous scale.
The first thing I noticed here and on other sites is the lack of responce from the company to bad reviews. Which most of them are.

Chipotle Fell Off
Chipotle is not the same any more. The bowls and burritos always come sloppy. The amount of protein they add is inconsistent. I also hate how you can literally lean over the seperation glass. Every customer is breathing on the food.
What, No Lettuce?
It is hard to believe going to a restaurant like Chipotle and being told they are out of lettuce at 2:00 pm. We were also told they were out of Chimiconga sauce even though it was advertised. This restaurant needed more people working to handle the extremely long line of people waiting to order. This was the Chipotle off I71 in Ohio in Jeffersonville.

Chipotle at 1736 N Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale Fl has a defective women's toilet that has not been fixed in two years since first being told about the problem. The seat was only connected on one side and it slide and was dangerous. Two years ago a manager said it would be fixed and IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. As a matter of fact, there is NO TOILET SEAT anymore for the last month or more. This is not a slum area, why are you treating your customers like it is a slum? Why is your staff so incompetent? It does not take a rocket scientist to fasten a new toilet seat to a tank. SERIOUSLY. You are a derelict company and if you can't keep a toilet working well, I can only imagine the vermin in your food. DISGUSTING.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered through the app, after 50 minutes the restaurant told the driver to cancel because they were “closing soon.”
No real customer support, only a useless bot. Paid with credit card + points and never got a refund. Very disappointing and sadly, Chipotle has been going downhill lately even in their restaurants, not just with delivery.

Years ago Chipotle used to be our go to for fast, delicious, healthy food for a fair price.
Today we barely go to Chipotle anymore. Our recent visits in many locations all over the U.S. have been disappointing and in result more infrequent. Prices keep going up, protein portions keep going down. My visit to the Brownsburg, IN Chipotle is my last visit to Chipotle.
Protein portions have gone from fair, to miniscule, to you should be happy with "essence of protein... because there is none". When I protested, I was told that was the normal portion size and I should order chicken instead of steak. But...I don't want chicken, I want steak.
I left.
Two more coworkers pulled into the Chipotle parking lot and left after I described my experience.
Congrats, Chipotle. You lost another 30 customers.

We used their Catering for a very informal Wedding. The food was fine, this issue is this. We went through their catering department, not a local store. The food was to arrive at 3pm, once the service and pictures were completed. We had the "3" package for 30 people. To give you an idea, the food covered 2 - 8' tables and we had an additional 8 containers of duplicate foods under the tables. The food arrived at 2:45pm, not a huge deal however the driver could only say 2 words in English, Door Dash. So the Catering Department used Door Dash to deliver the food, OK got it, however we don't speak Spanish, he just sat in he car repeating Door Dash, Door Dash. If we knew if was going to be delivered by door dash, we would have sent someone to get it ourselves. In addition, the driver was driving a tiny 4 door car. So small in fact that boxes were on their sides, causing food to spill out of the containers into the boxes. A full size car could have brought the food using the front and back seats, in this tiny car, only the back seats were used. The driver never left his car, he sat in the front seat while we unloaded the food. OK fine but, everyone was dressed for a casual wedding, no one wanted to get the spilled food on their clothes so we were wiping and carrying boxes to the tables. My review is not about the food, it's about the poor expectations set up by the Catering department and delivery, them using Door Dash and the food spilling in the boxes due to the boxes being on their sides. When we ordered they used words like, "food delivery and setup", leading up to believe there would be some assistance setting up and the best ways to stage the food etc.
