I ordered a chicken house approximately 7 and half weeks ago. At the time I was told that I could expect the product to arrive in approximately 3 weeks. My credit card was charged for the full price of the product and for postage at the time of order (over £550).

Nothing has arrived and the company has been completely unresponsive to emails and the phone line is always busy or unattended.

Don't spend more than you are willing to lose with this company.

The goods were delivered in good time. I have had Smite from you before and seems to do the trick.

I was delighted to order so easily .The service was quick, the product well packed.I plugged in the infra red bulb and it didnt work.When I tried to see how to return it,it seemed it would cost nearly as much as original price, so I havent bothered.

The delivery was quickly provided and the product is of good quality. However, on the first night of use, the bulb sheared off from base overnight and dropped onto the dog. Whilst I do not blame the supplier with what appeared to be a damaged product, when I called them about it, I was met with a "so what" attitude. I was not actually looking for a replacement (and was not offered one) but possibly some empathy with the issue. "I hope the animal below the bulb was okay" or "oh I am sorry to hear about that, THANKYOU for letting us know".

Arrived quickly and safely, easy to assemble, chickens settled in well, accessible for cleaning and easy to move around

Everything went well with my order except one item wasn't there. It was on back order but I wasn't told and it didnt show up on the paper work.

Sorted out with a couple of phone calls and it came through a fortnight later.

Seamless transaction and prompt delivery

I was very pleased with the feeders and chicken medicines I ordered, but unfortunately the louse powder I ordered was not properly packaged and when I opened the box everything (including myself and the office where I work) was soon covered in powder! I emailed Wells to notify them but I have never received a response. I'll probably go back because their range is excellent, their prices are good and overall their service is good but I will be wary of ordering medicines from them again.

First time i have ordered from them, they had the stanlosan disinfectant in the size i wanted at the best price i could find. ordered it no problem, email communicationss all good. item arrived on time and in good condition. Am very happy and would use them again.

Ordered on the 13th March.
Nothing delivered.
No answer to a customer support ticket raised Thursday 27th March.
No answer on the two telephone numbers supplied on the web site.

If you are thinking of using Well's Poultry then I would advise you to contact them first so that you can be sure they still exist.

Is this company still existing? I placed my order on 8 February 2014. It is 14 march no confirmation if they dispatched it. No reply to my emails. Telephone always busy.

Would recommend to everyone as they provide a very good service and good products

I am really pleased with my heat lamp came really quickly, even i manage to put it together and up already for my puppy and mum keeps it warm outside I have recommend this to all my friends the red bulbs can be to bright for my dogs so this was perfect thank you

I got two new PoL pullets and they wouldn't lay in their nest box so I ordered a couple of dummy eggs from Wells Poultry. They were delivered. In a couple of days and a few. days later both I and my girls were happy! Eggs in nest box. Excellant product and excellant service! Thank you.

Very Well made, but I would have put the cross section's that the centre pole goes through the other way up so they don't fill with feed, other wise Very good.
