Received an expired product through online ordering! The customer service responded they are right to sell expired product because expiry dates allow consumers a suitable amount of time to use the product and they have no control over expiry dates supplied by the manufacture.

As well as going to their physical stores, I have been purchasing from Chemist Warehouse’s online store regularly for around five years with almost no problems.

Shipping is almost always fast, and everything is well wrapped to protect against breakage. It also comes in a discreet box.

When I last ordered around a month ago, some items were not in stock, and I wasn’t aware until after the first half of the order had been shipped. I requested a refund when it seemed that the remainder of the order would be delayed by a while, and I received it quickly, although it took two emails to have the order cancelled.

During lockdowns last year, there were long shipping delays, and I was asked whether I wanted to continue to wait for my order to arrive or if I wanted to cancel it and get a refund, as there were supply shortages at the time. I appreciated being given the choice.

I recommend both Chemist Warehouse’s online and physical stores, although it may be best to try to avoid Click and Collect as my sister has had some problems recently with that.

It doesn’t matter what the value of the overcharge is, it’s about the fact that it’s theft. Customers be aware. Check your change and receipt before leaving the counter.

Order took 10 days to arrive and one item was missing. I was advised they reviewed the footage in the distribution centre and all items were packed which was absolutely not the case. Disgusted with this level of dishonesty and lack of customer service from such a large, renowned company. DO NOT USE!

First use that night failed to meet description. Was dry and rubbery rather than slide over and deposit ingredient over the lip it tendered to adhere and pull on the lip. Not reflecting the desired result for which the product was intended. Store Personnel l argued that policy was "not to refund the items cost" and insisted that I retain the item without checking it themselves. After about 20 minutes, as our discussion caught the attention of other customers they finally decided to accept liability and refund the cost. CWH policy says: Other returns
Chemist Warehouse will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product is unsafe, and

Took 5 days to send an email informing me the items which were shown as in stock, weren't...

This was my first time shopping online with Chemist warehouse (Order #101095330). More than 7days after ordering, my order was not shipped. . I cancelled the initial order I made within few minutes but I was refunded less than the amount I paid. I sent an inquiry on their website regarding these matters since I couldn't find an email and there has been no response till date. Terrible customer service

Will never order again on line from chemist w/ house they mislead there customers and give shocking service or should I say No Service

I have been attempting to follow up an issue with an order for almost 3 (THREE) months to no avail. The order was almost $500. Tried canceling within several hours (due to realising this was not the right product for a specific health condition) to no avail (not a problem - I assumed I would be able to get it refunded at a later date). Followed up via multiple platforms. Given generic statement as to why I would be unable to return it via e-mail and phone and when attempted to clarify more around the reasons why - never received answer/stonewalled. Multiple e-mails unanswered for months. Box remains unopened. I also queried issues with wording of advertising which led me to erroneously purchase product but received no response other than "we will pass it on to manufacturer". Wrote two detailed product reviews (hoping to warn other customers) which were never published (raising major concerns). Put in numerous complaints online regarding this and never heard back (further raising major concerns). Buyer beware

I bought a product that was for sensitive skin but it inflamed my entire neck. So I decided to write a review on their page but when I looked there wasn't any button or link to a 'write a review'page.

Chemist Warehouse even has a page to show you how to leave a review on their page. I followed their instruction. First find your product, then click on the icon of a paper and pencil. There was no icon. I looked for it on my phone and laptop, there was no icon that says ''write a review''. All those reviews they have on their website are definitely fake. Why else would they not allow customers to write a review.

Very poor customer experience.

I purchased a knee support from Chatswood central chemist warehouse after measuring in store.

Attempted to use the product in good faith, however after some discomfort I discontinued use and went to return the product the same day of purchase as if it is too tight it is unsafe and can cause DVT.

The retail manager Likai Huang refused to refund and treated me with suspicious distrust & disrespect because I was explaining it was not safe for me to continue using the product and showed evidence of injury.

I had purchased 2 other items on the day that were not being returned and there was no after care for the consumer. The retail manager failed to meet ACCC guidelines and stated they would refer to the manufacture which is an unacceptable response.

The service is substandard for any healthcare organisation and they should not be passing their responsibilities as a company working in the health industry with a registered health care professional on site.

I am from Saudi Arabia, I received an email that my shipment status "delivered", while i didn't recieve my order yet which cost me 180$. when I contacted them they post me from the policy that they are not in counter for any damage or lost of the shipment !!! Also i requested to send me the name of the local delivery company so i cqn deql with them, but the re send the same message.
I will not advice any one to order from them

Aweful online shpping experience with this business. Ordered and paid for item on 12 August and 15 days later nothing has arrived. Sent them 3 emails with no response. Tried to phone them twice and just put on hold. I'll never spend my money with them again, mickey mouse outfit!

Would give 0 if I could. Took the money from my credit card, sent an email saying order was processing. Never got the order, because they cancelled it. No communications. Tried ringing support line, but it hangs up on you after 20 minutes.

the worse experience. I have ordered something from Chemist warehouse shipping to Hong Kong. i checked the status and reckoned it has stuck "in transit" for an extended period of time and therefore I submitted an enquiry to Australia Post, but was told it need the sender (in this case, chemist warehouse) to submit before they can look into this. Therefore, I called Chemist Warehouse and told them the situation, i was told they wont submit the enquiry as when i made the purchased online, i checked the box that Chemist warehouse is not responsible for delivery! I called again, they told me the same thing.
I eventually has to call EMS myself, but i was told the same thing, that Chemist Warehouse will need to submit the enquiry for me

I do not know what to do, but i feel scam!
I ended up submit a complaint to ACCC and i will try to stop my payment from paypal

Never shop online with chemist warehouse, worst online service I have ever used. I have shopped online for years, never experienced this sort of crap in my life. No communication, no explanation for delay, refund takes days, and that's if they answer the phone. Emails are ignored. The whole experience is stressful and full of inconvenience. Honestly it's not worth it and is a waste of your time and energy. Shop elsewhere.

Appalling service in my honest opinion from Chemist Warehouse, Botany Junction. They never pick up the phone when I ring them. The wait times to collect prescriptions (even repeats) are very long and you feel as if you’re facing the “Great wall of China” barrier with shelving so high you can’t see the pharmacists. So when they call out your name you wonder who is calling you! I use them for the free medication and location but no other reason.

Chemist warehouse online is so useless. Customer service is non existent because if you call their number you're on hold and then disconnected. I ordered the other day a click and collect and there was stock missing so I cancelled my order and the refund is taking days to process which is a joke. I did a delivery order and to dispatch took over a week

Rockdale Chemist Warehouse is a joke,
The staff are RUDE and Illiterates. I went and asked the girl where and item was and she said Whats that? (Laxatives) and i said to her really you dont know what a laxative is and you work in a chemist. she replied "whatever" so I found the item myself. and proceeded to pay for it, and it was the same girl. then she threw the change at me. I felt like punching her in the face, I really dont know how these people get jobs and keep them.

Bought 3 perfumes from CW online, one was Guess Seductive, and I suspect it was not authentic. The chain and heart were missing, the sticker on the front looks different and it sprays on my finger from the top of the button. I contacted CW the day it was received and 4 times since with no reply and today they tell me it's been too long and basically bad luck. Very poor form, and I will be investigating how to obtain a refund!
