I normally buy Fish Oil tablets in 3000 in the 150 pack, but I saw they had a Value 250 pack, got out my calculator and found the 250 pack is actually 20cents per tab more expensive, that's $5.00 on a whole pack.
Who gets the "VALUE" out of that pack.
And then there is "The Man Shake" comes in a 10 serving pack at $48.00 and it's just one flavour. Go down the road to the Supermarket you get a 14 serving pack on special for around the same price and you get 7 flavours, in individual single serve sachets in the one convenient pack.packet
Do not buy expensive perfume here

I usually buy from farmers, I saved 20.00. Very dissapointed to find the scent is very weak, does not last long.
I would advise to stick to farmers, have since found out this is a common complaint for warehouse chemist scents because they buy from the grey market.
Waste of money,will not go back.

To be honest I'm fed up of their scam advertising "Why pay more" again my experience today, if you want to pay more, shop at Chemist Warehouse! Really these guys are using marketing tactics that in my mind are a bit misleading. I will no longer be using this outfit and will also get my scripts elsewhere.
Incompetent non existent customer service.
Saw their promotion for fast and free shipping for fragrances online. I purchased two fragrances on the 30th April well ahead of mother's day. Got an email about sourcing one. The first arrived the following Tuesday but no sign of my mother's day perfume. No email no shipping. Tried to call 0800 to cancel so I could drive in and purchase. No working phones lines, no email response. So I had to drive 30mins to purchase another. In-store have no power with online orders. Got the shipping email on Saturday. Completely missed the mother's day time frame.
Their promotion and promises are false. What was supposed to be free shipping will cost me at least 60 in fuel. Absolutely worst customer service EVER..non existing.
Who's going to reimburse my fuel when you failed to deliver the basic of promotion?

I thought I must have gone to the wrong chemist, but on getting home and checking my e-mails, it was indeed Chemist Warehouse. I live 1 hour drive away! Very frustrating being given the wrong information. No solution offered from the company on contact.

They will double charge your order and they will not refund you. I tried to get a hold of their customer service team and the store in Papanui branch for a week to rectify the situation no response. Please don't buy anything from them online or they might charge you more than once for the same order and they won't give you the money back. They just happy to take your money but they are not going to help you if you have any issues. I have proof of all my attempts to get in contact with them. I would not consider this the actions of reputable business

Deceptive pricing, stock issues, and ignored complaints are normal at Chemist Warehouse
I strongly advise avoiding Chemist Warehouse due to their deceptive business practices and lack of accountability. I observed them increasing prices immediately before a sitewide 10% extra off deal, and they cancel orders for items that remain listed as 'in stock' on their website. Furthermore, they delay shipping items, only to put those same items on sale before the original order has even arrived, leaving customers with no product in hand while the price is lowered.
When I encountered these issues, and contacted CW, I was treated poorly by staff and my concerns were dismissed, forcing me to lodge a formal complaint. Despite requesting that this be reviewed by an independent staff member not involved in the original correspondence, my report was completely ignored. Their inconsistent return policies and refusal to look at cases individually show they do not value their customers. With no internal oversight, they appear to offer substandard service without consequence. I will not shop here again and suggest others look elsewhere for better deals, and a more professional service.

Needs to become more customer focused
They don't keep stock up to date in the system so a few days after ordering, you get notice it's not coming. Why not offer a change of item so we haven't completely wasted time? Please also allow for delivery from a local shop like supermarket do, so we can get what's in stock, delivered same day or next. If you don't, i think Uber and the like will start doing our click and collects.
On making a special trip to the chemist…
On making a special trip to the chemist warehouse to buy a product that was on special, was advised there was no stock there or at the branch closest to where I live. This was disappointing and I think they could have taken my details and when stock arrived to advise me and charge me the sale price.

I had been waiting for around 3 hours for my click and collect order alert to come through. After not receiving it after 3 and a half hours I went to the counter and the young man there, organised my order on the spot, he was very helpful. This was at the Lambton Quay branch in Wellington. These guys are hard-working.

I have never had a bad experience at the Bethlehem chemist warehouse but yesterday I did. Bad enough too write my very first view !! Anyways the lady with the long black ponytail & brown eyes & tan ( i didnt get her name ) so im describing her the best I can, who was stacking shelves this review is for you . I was in hurry as i had my screaming crying baby in the car with my husband and was having trouble finding a product so I saw she was wearing uniform and clearly working there i went up too her and said she turned around with the meanest rudest look and didn’t say a word to me this immediately made me feel embarrassed I wasn’t sure if I should continue to speak, I didnt think I was being rude. I said hi very kindly. I continue to ask her where I can find a product. She seemed completely annoyed by me and didn’t want to help said the product was down row 3 before she even said a word she was dead quiet ….too I had already been down that row so I didn’t say anything I said okay thank you and walked away as I was walking away she yelled out from behind me and said was there anything else I could help you with RUDELY . I said no ( what I should have done was ask for her name and made a complaint in store.

Bought an expensive perfume that I'm very familiar with. Normally very long-lasting smell and commented on for hours after applying. This bottle has same scent but can hardly smell it within an hour of application and no one else knows it's been used. Contacted Chemist Warehouse, they tested it against the one in store and sent it back saying it was the same. Another bottle was purchased at a different chemist and this one lasts! Chemist Warehouse will not admit that their stock could be faulty. Will never buy from again. Buyers of perfume, beware!!
Ordered an item
Ordered an item, Vitamin C 500mg 100's. Two days later received a cancellation email stating they were out of stock despite having them advertised on their website and the price would be reimbursed to my card. Phoned them and spoke to a rep asking if I could just get a similar product in a different brand. 'No', he said, to which I replied, 'so I have to pay more shipping for another order'. 'Yes'. Told him this seemed unethical and asked how long they'd been in business that they couldn't change their policy. He was disinterested, borderline rude and ended the conversation. Never again.

I have found the majority of the staff…
I have found the majority of the staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Good customer service to me is if the staff is asked where a product is and they know where the product is and are not on the till and actually by the aisle in question take the customer to the product instead of saying half way down. And a smile and a getting makes a big difference
Telephone Service
I telephone the Hastings store about a product. I wanted to know if they had it in stock, as I did not want to travel 40 minutes if they did not have the product. The lady said she would put one under the counter for me. I travelled the 40 minutes to get it, and nobody could find it. I had to wait sometime before they finally got on off the shelf.
