Scam company. Booked a ticket and the they called saying it was overbooked and they can get a different ticket for hundreds of dollars extra. They threatened to cancel the ticket and we said fine and they said it's not refundable.
The yelled and screamed and tried to intimidate my 18 year old daughter. Do not trust them. The lie cheat and steal. We booked with the airline where there were seats available. I hope they don't try to charge my card.

At first i was skeptical as i could not get hold of anyone over the call , but their representative called me and helped me grab the cheapest deals available ,they do take time but they save the money on great deals .

Terrible company complete scammers, told me I would get premium economy and free checked bags and that did not happen. Now they are not refunding me, I am filing fraud through my credit card so the payments will not go through. All the reviews that give 5 stars are from their company making fake profiles and adding them because real people are giving such low ratings. I gave them a chance to right their wrong and now once the fraud charges are reviewed their website will be shut down and I will get my money back. Also won’t answer calls or emails anymore. They really think they are smart but I already made sure to receive my tickets through the airline so I have my tickets, money back, and get to ruin them

They canceled our non refundable flight for not removing my review. It cost us more than 480$ . Very unprofessional low class customer service. Ready to cheat you in every step ,
1. They show fake prices on websites.
2. They will contact you in another 8 hours and they say prices are increased now they will show fake quoatations.
3. They will charge 3/4th of original ticket as their fee.
4.if you give bad reviews, they will call you , if you’re patient they will shout at you & finally cancel the ticket if we don’t remove the review.

They cancelled our non refundable tickets , As my spouse gave a genuine review. They were shouting on us unprofessionally to remove the review, we didn’t agree for that. Immediately they canceled our reservation.we had added even luggage to our trip apart from their reservation. It costed us more than 500$ loss . I had never experienced such an unprofessional act and behavior of associates of any organization. If there is a chance this website should be banned complete scammers don’t know how they are surviving…

It was the worst experience. First, they wanted to change the return date because it was supposed that our initial flight was no longer available, but that was not true. I looked in other search engines, and the flights that I initially wanted were still available and much cheaper. They sent me an email with the new itinerary that they were proposing, and although I replied that I did not authorize it, they charged my card with the new payment, which was more expensive. So we end up paying 50% more for different flights.

The price they post online is not what the flight really costs. You have to pay extra for EVERYTHING! IT cost $85 for one carry on bag. By the time you purchase your ticket you spend quadruple the cost you thought you were originally and then you wish you just went through the actual airline.

I booked a flight from OKC to SFO, they called me but I couldn't answer because I was at work, so they sent me an email saying that my reservation was not approved. I tried to contact them to confirm my reservation as indicated in the email; However, they do not answer calls, nor do they answer emails, let alone WhatsApp.

The services, are fake because they show you a different price at the beginning and then they reply to you saying that the tickets selected are unavailable so you have to choose another flight, but it is too expensive and the initial flight is total fake
These practices are unfair and illegal.
Also, they don’t respond efficiently in order to ask for solutions or refunds.
If I could, I would give them no stars.
Anyone has to observe them and sanctioned them because it’s fake what they offer at the beginning and nobody controls this practices and apparently services.
