Just wanted to make sure Edward gets recognized for his professionalism in how he handled my call. I was upset that all of the flights that I've chosen are no longer available, but Edward remained calm & persistently helpful; which in-turn calmed me down as well. Now the attempts to find what I'm looking for insofar as price & date are still in vain, but Edward was still wonderful to work with. I vouch that he is a valuable asset to your team.

Great experience, got an unbelievably cheap fare would recommend to all. Edward, Melvin, Heath were all very helpful and ensured I boarded every flight before take off.

So the process is hectic as most reviews say and they really do only give you the tickets 24 hours before the flight , really around 6 to 10. Hours before . I got my first set of tickets at 8pm the day before for a flight that left at 6am the next day and the returning tickets around 4am for a flight that left at 12pm . These are stand by tickets they have so your issued the tickets after all regular passengers have been booked . So basically the discounted rate is banking on the fact the flight is going to have some additional seats at that point they will buy from the airlines at a discounted rate last minute . i found out this information because We flew southwest and were advised by SW the original confirmation number we were given was only for a reservation and the ticket wasn’t actually paid for . That process was very nerve wrecking and I am a person who usually likes to get things for traveling set in stone as soon as I get it . Outside of that Melvin and Webster were fantastic and were able to help me through the entire process . They made sure I understood everything step by step and also texted my phone to verify tickets were received and that we were boarded on both planes . We did get $2,000 last minute south west tickets for $799 , so that was a big score but outside of that I personally would use them again if I had to , but only if I had to , as I like to have my tickets in hand . Customer service was great and they were very responsive so I do appreciate that 4 stars

TERRIBLE Y FRAUDULENTA el 16/8/2024 a las 9.16 pm reserve un vuelo con esta agencia a punta cana con la aerolínea Lata por un precio de 346.08 y me enviaron el tique de avion con mi código de reserva pero a las 11.09 pm me llamaron para decirme que el precio había subido y que debía pagar otra suma mas de dinero , el senor que me llamo no tiene ética para tratar con el cliente pues me dijo que si no paga me cancelaria el vuelo yo me siento estafada por esta agencia

SCAM - STAY AWAY
Booked a flight for 2 people on 8/14/24 for $405.68 total. Got an email saying I wpuld get a confirmation email and our card wouldn't be charged until we got those tickets. We called them to fix an issue with my dad's ticket showing as "female" only for them to tell me that the $405.68 rate expired. The new rate is $1,060 for the tickets. After I asked questions, they hung up and never answered the phone again. Cancelled our card to avoid any charges but if we had caught it by the time we got charged, we wpuld have filed for fraud with the credit card

SCAM!!! PLEASE BEWARE!
This is will be a federal offense when I get dine with these scammers. I filed a complaint on the through FTC and will be contacting a lawyer, and Attorney General. First let me explain my situation. On 5/9 I booked a flight, price was changed as they say, received a confirmation only for Southwest to tell me they didn’t even pay for my 4 tickets. Called them on 5/10 he stated I will get the e-tickets which never came on 5/11 flight was canceled and I have to be in Houston for my daughter basketball tournament. This has caused alot of pain and suffering and I’m going the legal route because this is wrong on so many levels DONT BOOK IT PLEASE

SCAM!!!!!! Wish I could give zero stars. If something seems too good to be true IT IS!!!!! Booked a round trip flight then was called to say they needed additional funds because of a “rate increase”. They said we would get our tickets within a couple of hours which of course never happened. Got to the airport early and of course no record of a reservation for us. We ended up paying even more out of pocket. Now we have to go through the process with our credit card company to reverse charges, cancel the card, etc. DON’T DO IT!!! Any positive reviews ARE FAKE!!!!!

NEVER GOT TICKETS!!!! They charged me TWO times also.

Scam. Booked thru them, got confirmation then Two days later they called to tell me the price more than doubled and they cancelled my flight. My card wasn’t charged but worried considering they have my info. The lady I spoke to was so unprofessional, talking over me then hung up on me. When I called back no one answered, just kept ringing. Waited a few hours and called back to have the same experience with the lady on the phone. She laughed at me and BURPED in my ear. Not sure how this is even a legit business.. If it even is?!?!
Update BBB says it’s not a legit business and I wish I would have looked into reviews before booking. Lesson learned

These people are straight scammers
Booked a reservation with them to then call me and say there was only two seats left and I needed to pay more for my flight. No ticket confirmation received at all.

This is a scam. Read reviews and ratings before booking.

After booking, Leon contacted me via what’s app and said that they are looking into making my booking but no seats are available for my travel date, they said seats are available for the following day for $800 and I will be getting a 50% discount and only pay $399. I told that that was way too expensive than what was advertised and I do not wish to proceed with the booking, he was literally screaming at me telling me my card was already charged the $166 when I already received an email from them saying my card will not be charged unless a booking is made. He then cursed at me and called me poor for looking for the best flight deals. Leon sounded Indian. I already contacted my bank to block any attempts by them to charge my card.

These people are Scammers. they are fraudulently listing cheaper than normal airfare to lure unsuspecting customers, then claiming the price raised by the airline unsuspectingly so they can charge you exorbitant amounts of money.
we have an incident where they are trying to charge our credit card a fare we never agreed to. the original fare is 650, they claimed the price went up to 1200$$. when we called Jet blue, we were told no such bookings were made, nor were there any confirmation number provided to this so-called agency.
when we called back to discuss this, the guy, sounded like he was from a Pakistani area, tried to claim our card was already charged, but the bank had no such pending transactions.
these people seem to be preying on innocent people, also claiming they cannot cancel a booking, they never gave a confirmation for.
be very careful.

So pretty sure I got scammed out of an extra 400 dollars with this company but it was easier to just finish paying with them than to lose my money altogether. The person that helped, Leon Lopez, was almost completely unable to be understood because of how thick his accent was and when I asked him to slow down he DID NOT. Also the called me about 4 times on repeat while I was with a family member in the hospital. I did not answer and they texted and called and texted and called. When I told them why I couldn't answer they insisted that I ask what happened to my family member and why they were in the hospital. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
He also kept calling me dear.
He kept telling me that he's fixing it so that I get the best deal and I'm sure it was not. They advertised the ticket I wanted for 850 dollars or so, but I payed almost 2x that after "fees" 300+ DOLLARS WORTH OF FEES FROM THESE PEOPLE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR NEARLY AN HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!

Como es posible que una recerva de tantos problemas tengo un vuelo de ida y vuelta con ustedes me dicen hoy que tengo una recerva pero no estas confirmada por que tengo que pagar 147 dollares de impuesto no entiendo por que los vuelos se compran con los impuesto que mi vuelo esta a punto de ser cancelado por favor resuelvan eso problema 0 regresen el dinero a la tergeta y yo compro otro vuelo por favor
