Items were fine ..but....I had an issue with royal mail which I did make Charnwood aware. Item chucked beside front door. Anyone could have taken it! After my complaints heard nothing back from either Charnwood or Royal Mail. Not a major issue but worth mentioning

Ordering and payment was simple, goods as described, fast delivery and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Quick fast response

I forgot to order one item. So I emailed them and asked to add the item to the order before it was dispatched. They responded very quickly and added the item which I paid for separately. This saved me having to pay for a separate delivery.

Charnwood Machinery are now my go-to for tools and workshop equipment in the first instance. Starting with the purchase of a Lathe, following with accessories and other tools. I can not fault the quality of their tools and when advice was needed they were quick off the mark and a reply via email was prompt, clear and well informed. When I did have some small grievance they were quick to meet the issue positively in my favour and went above and beyond without question or argument a policy which is very hard to come by these days.
