Product was in stock but there appeared to be a delay between order, despatch and delivery date. Delivery was on-time, packaged OK (plastic bag only) but product was not easily damaged and arrived OK. Exactly as stated although still don't understand why it is so expensive. Works well.

Good quality excellent product.
Good quality product easy to use, delivered on time, really pleased. I have band saw, table saw, planer/thicknesser all charnwood excellent machines. Also very helpful staff if I have a question.

Decent service but a bit pricy as, when you buy a Charnwood machine (drum sander), you’re pretty well tied in to buying their consumables.

Items were fine ..but....
Items were fine ..but....I had an issue with royal mail which I did make Charnwood aware. Item chucked beside front door. Anyone could have taken it! After my complaints heard nothing back from either Charnwood or Royal Mail. Not a major issue but worth mentioning
