We opted for the Charnwood C4Blu because it looked the right size for our lounge. The heat output is really good and the stove itself is very nice in appearance. We purchased the stove from The Stove Yard in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire and it was installed with hardly any mess or disruption by Town and Country Stoves of Congleton (both companies I would highly recommend)

The construction of the stove is excellent. The stay cool handle, easy to use riddle and emptying tray. The only thing that lets it down for me is the single pane door which is not easy to keep clean.

2nd stove brought. Great quality

We had one of your dealers to do the work and they were great. Very tidy and clean working and demonstrated how to use it, so far we are very pleased with the fire, much easier than our Baxi fire which was removed, it had kept us warm for over 40 years but this one is easier to light, keep clean and less bending.

Ordered a part for my Charnwood country 6 arrived next day but wrong part was sent spoke to Hannah from the technical department correct part sent next day couldn’t be more helpful 5stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having contacted Charnwood direct we were pleased with the information we received. The company we used to install the stove we chose also were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Superbly made wood burning stove, beautifully finished and a delight to use.

Communication with the installation team was clear and arrived on the agreed date/time. They were friendly and on arrival briefed us on the removal of the old stove and flue and installation of the replacement.
They completed the work including ensuring the site was cleaned, removing all the old components and demonstrated operation of the stove and answered our queries.
The follow up process for warranty and HETAS registration was also straight forward.
I would highly recommend Shropshire Stoves for their work ethic and skill sets.

Recently purchase the Aire 7 stove. Great build quality and excellent view of the fire. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After nearly 20 years service my stove developed a fault in the grate riddling system, owing to a snapped split pin. The staff could not have been more helpful providing diagrams and information to enable me to locate, remove and replace the pin and washer.
Failure of one 10p part is not a bad record for nearly 20 years!

New wood burner looks great…just waiting for the weather to cool down so we can try it out!
