Very professional and chatty. Made us feel relaxed.

Today Chancellors as a team definitely went the extra mile for me, particularly Stacy(Thatcham branch) who inspite of a long tiring day was an absolute angel and hand delivered my mislaid mobile phone back to my door. I had stupidly left my mobile at a property we had viewed with Stacy 20 mins earlier. I was completely distraught to get home and find I didn't have it, but thanks to Paul(Bracknell) and Mitchell(Newbury) for their help in tracking down Stacy (who was still doing viewings elsewhere) my phone was recovered. Stacy went out of her way to go back to the property and then bring it to my house before making her way home after her busy day. What an absolute gem. Thank you so much Stacy. She is also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Amber took over from Stacey, who answered the initial call. She has been attentive and professional throughout. I like the way we are Amber and Karen. Telephone calls have been difficult to manage, as my mobile is turned off during the day, and I hot desk, so not easy to leave a call-back number. Amber has not been able to show me the 3 bed (vendor issues, not known to me), but actually the 2 bed is my chosen next home, the first Amber showed me, having ascertained my requirements.
