Ricky has been excellent throughout with helping us let our property on the market. He worked hard to get us the best price and gave us some valuable information on how we could improve the property to attract potential letters. He is friendly, honest and easy to communicate with without being 'salesy' or pushy and i had no problems getting in touch with him when i had any concerns, he is always there and ready to help.

As letting agents for our property over the past few years contact has largely been with you head office in Bracknel,l once a tenant had been found.
As a result of Covid the last year has proved troublesome but our problems re: non-paying rental tenants was finally resolved largely thanks to your Stanmore agent Monty Tang who has remained interested, helpful and concerned up to the present day. Had the Stanmore Branch been manned in the early lockdown days I am sure Mr. Tang would have found a solution earlier than finally transpired.

We sold a property through Chancellors in Stanmore and from the very first meeting with David who offered us guidance and advice on the marketing strategy and price right the way through to completion Chancellors have been fantastic.
Unfortunately our first sale fell through but through the hard work of Andrew Karamanlis and the team we found new buyers straight away and now are about to complete the sale.

We recently had a great experience with Mr Monty Tang from Chancellors Estates! We were interested in a house to rent and Mr Tang arranged the viewing for us, as well as a second additional viewing upon request! He was incredibly friendly, approachable, professional and helpful. Even though we did not end up renting the property (simply because we found another more suitable for our needs), Mr Tang still tried to propose the best possible offers for us and kept us very well informed of any properties they had. We have not had any experience with the agency beyond that, however if the rest of the team representatives are as friendly and resourceful as Mr Tang, I am more than sure our experience with them would have been lovely!

Excellent service. Was very pleased with how chancellors followed up on how the legal process was coming along and were very helpful in getting things done. I was impressed with the communications.

We have used Chancellors to rent out our flat since 2019. All rent renewals have been handled by Monty Tang, who has been diligence and friendly. He has always managed to get us good results and responds to any queries quickly and efficiently.

Once the sale had been accepted, there was very little follow up from Chancellors leading to the exchange and completion of the sale. The issues which were addressed were not followed up or even resolved. To improve the service they need to look at the customer care and after sales service.

The communications and service provided by Karen and Nicole was professional and timely and above all consistent with our purchasing requirements. In times of COVID the service was perfectly maintained and everyone provide allowances due to current impacts - would highly recommend Chancellors and Karen and Nicole in the future.
