My order was not sent in time, it did not even leave a warehouse but I can not even cancel it. The information given from one operator does not match the information given by another operator, you can not trust to their delivery time.

Los envíos para España lo hacen desde Italia, y los italianos tardan 5 días en mandar el envío, más 4 en gestión de DHL Italia ,en fin mejor tienda física.
Champion perdéis clientes con logística tan tan mala.

I wanted to warn anyone considering buying from Champion store. about my disappointing experience. I returned two items more than a month ago following their return policy exactly, but I’m still waiting for my refund, even weeks later. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service, I haven’t received any response or resolution and they are completely ignoring me. Please do not make the same mistake and do not buy from this store.

Ordered shows on the 23th of September- still didn’t receive them and they don’t respond on the e-mails sent before

They had a sale for college hoodies and with a sign up to their page I got 15% off. So I got two hoodies for 76 dollars when one hoodie was about 80. They’re comfortable and exactly what I wanted. Only downside is the shipping. Takes a bit more than 3-5 standard days was 7. But their help through their phone number allowed me to get a tracking number and see my order in transit. Customer service over the phone was polite and helpful.

The most terrrible experience after a purchase from outlet store. Given a voucher for a return which l cannot use. Do not use this company.Nowhere do they have a complaints contact. Customer service do not have the ability to rectify errors they can see. UK directors the same, they understand my issue i.e. a refund or goods to the value of, but unable to correct. Months of emails and phone calls no outcome what so ever. No interest in their customers.

ANTES DE COMPRAR EN ESTA WEB LEER LO SIGUIENTE.
Al realizar la devolución por tamaño de talla, facilitan empresa de transporte que se niega a hacer la devolución, alegando que les hace falta documentación del remitente, cuando es la misma empresa que te ha traído el envío, por cierto la empres es DHL.
Entiendo que es una triquiñuela que tiene champion.com, para librarse de las devoluciones.
Evidentemente, pondré mi queja a consumo.

Hice una compra de varias prendas.
En el paquete no metieron el formulario ni la etiqueta de devolución.
6 días intentando que me lo faciliten
Tienen un servicio postventa pésimo por no decir nulo
Tienen un tlfn solo en inglés o italiano.
El chat dice que se pondrán en contacto conmigo lo antes posible
Y el correo electrónico, no vale de nada, ni lo miran
Después de esta reseña iré a la OCU para que no me coja por sorpresa que se acabe el tiempo para hacer la devolución

I joined their club. Placed 2 separate orders. Within 2 hours of placing the orders, Champion canceled them because they were "unavailable". Web page for the items still showed that they were available after my orders were canceled. I deleted my account. No sense in wasting my time with their poor web site

I was seriously injured by a Champion product.Their sneakers were constructed defectively inside. I only wore these sneakers for a week when I noticed the irritation problem on my toes. I discontinued use immediately afterwards. The friction from the coarse material of the interior of the sneaker, led an infection in my toe. I went to the podiatrist soon after. The doctor told me to immediately go to the hospital. I complied and was shocked to learn of the severity of my condition, Ultimately, the toe had to be amputated. Unfortunately, the infection spread other toes in the same foot. I ultimately needed an amputation of the toe. The infection spread within weeks to the other toes and I required more amputations. I contacted the company who directed me to BBC International, the company who makes Champion sneakers. They conducted an investigation and contacted me with a determination. The letter stated that is was my fault for wearing the sneakers. I whole-heartedly disagree with this finding. As the injury occurred very early on and I discontinued use of the sneaker right away. The Champion company (BBC International) should be held responsible in some way, as I have been permanently injured as a result of wearing their product. I want something further to be done to address this serious situation.

Championusa is terrible. If they don't have an item in stock they will send you random items and hope you don't a request a refund. Their chat help is ok until you want a refund or better service, then they blackhole you. If you want buy something Champion buy it in a brick and mortar. Their online service is not good.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks fir my FREE UPS delivery! No communication of the status; non explanation for this rudiculous delay!

Bought 2 items off champion one was cancelled and there was a bit of confusion about which of them was cancelled anyways I phoned customer services and got through within probably 30 seconds and I spoke with the most amazing customer service agent I'd ever encountered her name is Monique and she sorted out the problem within minutes professional , knowledgeable and polite . So there you go if you ever have the need to get in touch with champion I hope you get this lady as I know she'll sort your problem out quickly ...plus the lady is a liverpool supporter well in all actuality that's not totally true . But I know whenever she hears liverpool now her ears will perk up ...but I could be wrong as my great granda was when he said the titanic would never sink ....🖐🖐😂

Good stuff, great price

Purchased a jersey. The only thing that ever happened was that they took my money. Nothing ever got shipped, no reply from customer service. Luckily I used PayPal, so there’s hope I’ll get my money back.

Returned items for champion au, their return policy says: Upon receipt of the item we will refund/credit your account in approximately 3-5 business days. Ring them and they will tell you it's 30 days. Not good enough. My item was received at their warehouse over 14 business days ago, still no refund.
It's ok if they are up front about the policy, but very evasive when challenged by it.

The Champion website doesn't allow negative reviews on their products.

False advertising. Ordered a soccer shirt for my son and it showed Ronaldo’s name and number in the product image, but came with neither. Emailed twice and no response.

Ordered shirts from them online and its taken several weeks with multiple shipping delays. Not sure what the condition of the product will look like but will never purchase anything online again unless its through Amazon. Once you enter payment info the system charges your account even before you enter submit. It's a shame and should be shutdown. Get multiple emails weekly showing destination checkpoints all overseas.

Horrible-DO NOT BOTHER TO SHOP THERE. I ordered 3 items online-just sweatpants to work out in, and 2 weeks later, after multiple BS delays, they cancelled my order. No offer of refund, no response from customer service. I don't know WHAT is going on there, but they must go out of business, because they are a scam company now. Absurd.
