First-time customer and I am happy with the purchase!

The online purchase was intuitive and easy. Shipping time was also fast, considering that this came from the UK and was delivered to the Philippines. The price is also fair. Will definitely purchase my chains and sprockets again here. Keep up the good product line, value, and service.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I got the chain and sprocket. No issues there, but I didn't get the link to join the chain.
So I've emailed three times. Not a single reply.
I'm more disappointed that I got no response. Poor customer service.

So definitely three emails sent, 3rd, 5th and 8th Aug. Don't worry about the link. I've paid to get another one sent. Like I said, disappointed.

Following on from the above. After a review of this poor feedback we did in fact find these messages in a spam folder. We have now implemented better staff procedures in checking these folders. We are sorry to hear you have not received your parcel yet.

We have checked the details of your order and on review, it has been noted that Royal Mail advised they could not deliver your order as there was no house number attached to your order when you placed the order.

The parcel is being returned to us and we will re send it out once it returns to us to the correct address.

We would also appreciate, as it was not an error or fault on our behalf, if you could amend or remove your 1* review.
