This company scams people's next day delivery and doesn't deliver on time or offer a refund on the postage.
Then they respond via email or telephone with the most abrasive / abusive way possible.
Also horrible cheap quality products.
AVOID!!!

Good afternoon, You have not purchased from us previously and have not received your first order from us yet due to delayed delivery with the courier service so please do not leave false reviews about our products. We use the highest quality ingredients which are all lab tested and certified.
This customer emailed with regards to a late delivery, the customer was rude and abusive on the phone to staff members and swore and used derogatory language. An order was placed on Tuesday 03 June at 12:03am and was despatched on the 4th of June due to our courier service not turning up for collection on the 3rd and is showing an estimated delivery of today. Yodel have until 9pm at night to deliver. Majority of our customers have been understand about this however instead of politely emailing about the order he was rude and demanded a refund because of the delay when it was explained we could not offer this and we were still in the terms and conditions time frame a bad review was threatened followed by an abusive phone call.

Good Afternoon Alison, We have not received any phone calls today while we have been available. What time did you call and what number? Unfortunately i am not at my desk 100% of the working day so may miss a phone call from time to time. Have you tried emailing us at info@cbd-guru.co.uk.
I can see you placed an order with us on 26th April, as per our delivery terms all orders placed after 3pm or on a weekend/bank holiday are despatched the next working day. In this case your parcel was despatched at 17:07 on 28th April and tracking is showing the estimated delivery for today as per the 48hr shipping you chose at check out. Yodel can delivery up to 9pm at night.

100 quid for unusable oils
Received 3 bottles of CBD oil which were all heavily crystallised and unusable.
Was offered a replacement for which I waited weeks. When it arrived it was in the same state as the previous order- unusable.
Never again.

Good Morning Mark, It is unfortunate you feel this way however due to dips in temperature and cold weather Isolate can crystalise. We did inform you with this information, provided steps to resolve the crystallisation and sent out replacements at your requested which we did advise the replacements may arrive crystalise, although our manufacturing facility is temperature controlled and we keep our oils at room temperature we unfortunately cannot control outside weather conditions and the conditions within courier vehicles. This is an occurrence that can happen and is out of our control. We suggested methods in which you can heat the oils to reduce the crystallisation and offered a refund.
CBD isolate crystallizing in cold temperatures is a normal occurrence because when exposed to low temperatures, the CBD molecules in the isolate become less soluble and tend to clump together, forming visible crystals; essentially, the cold temperature triggers the crystallization process, allowing the pure CBD to separate from any remaining solvents.
On this occasion this is out of our control and is a natural occurrence from the natural ingredients we use.

I purchased CBD soft gel capsules…CBD Guru capsules damaged and defective
I purchased CBD soft gel capsules through amazon UK but supplied by CBD Guru. The bottle arrived opened, no safety or hygiene seal which is standard for health products or medications. The bbf date is 2 weeks away for a month supply bottle. The bottle is damaged. I contacted both amazon and CBD Guru but got nowhere and was told they have a 'no returns policy' for this item. Shocking when it's a health product that is expensive and all health products and medications are required to be sealed. Shockingly bad customer service from both companies. I will never use again and warn others not to buy CBD Guru items, buy from a reputable source.

Good Afternoon Caro, We do offer returns, exchanges and refunds on all of our products that are purchased through us. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Unfortunately it is Amazon who requires the review above as they are the seller of our product and supplier we are the manufacturer. We sell to Amazon as our customer in bulk and they are responsible for their stock rotations. Our products are made to order and have a 2 year 2 month best before date which is different from a use by date. I am disappointed you are not happy with our customer service due the information we provided you which as per the Consumer Rights Act it is the sellers responsibility to refund or replace items as the contract of sale is between Amazon and yourself.

I bought some gummies years ago but unsubscribed when the emails came in too much . They still send emails. You unsubscribe again and then it stops for a while a then 6 months later you start getting emails again . For this reason I would not recommend or use again .

Fake gummies
I bought some gummies from this company through Amazon and has a new starter with them I thought I would buy a lower dose. I am only supposed to have 3 gummies a day.. I actually took more thinking there not working..I have taken well over the dose..still no change..I'm still in the same pain as I was before I took them...I definitely think these are fake...

Does not work for me.
These "Gummies" are having literally no effect on my insomnia at all. I take 1 to 3 every night, and my insomnia is literally the worst it has ever been.

Contradictory, misinformation.
Telephone representative provided me with misinformation, which has been contradicted via email communications by Cbd Guru administration. They told me via telephone that my order would arrive next day, if not, it would arrive within 48hours at the latest. Items did not arrive until 72hours later. Requested refund for delivery charge and was denied, irrespective of the misinformation provided by the telephone representative. Disgusting and unethical.
