Been with this company a good few years now. If ever there’s been an issue they reply the same day. Usually it’s a delivery issue, but I realise they don’t control delivery companies lol.
In the winter I once got a crystallised product, but it does clearly explain that this can happen and how to address it on their site. Sit it in warm water for a bit and it’s good to go.
I’m very happy with the product and the company.

Amateurs, not gurus
I've been buying and taking cbd oil for a couple of years now and bought a bottle of the Max Strength 15000mg oil from CBD Guru. It arrived heavily crystalised and only after several attempts and considerable waste was I able to melt the crystals back into the carrier. Worst still, the pipette doesnt work, and I wasted even more oil trying to using it before finally giving up and transfering to another bottle. You should also know they have been consistently rude in all their comms with me.
It's no good making a super strong oil if no-one can use it. No good trying to run a consumer product company if you've not got a product and you hate your consumers.

We’d like to clarify the situation for anyone reading. Your review represents a very small percentage of feedback we receive CBD Guru has been operating since 2018, and while we always aim to provide an excellent experience, we understand it isn’t possible to please everyone.
You state that you have been using CBD oil for several years. In that case, crystallisation in very high-strength CBD oils, particularly during colder months, should not be unfamiliar. This occurs because CBD isolate is pure and contains no additional compounds to prevent crystallisation when exposed to low temperatures during transit, something we cannot control once a parcel leaves our temperature-controlled facility. As shown in other reviews and our published guidance, this is a natural process and not a fault with the product.
We provided clear instructions on how to gently re-liquefy the oil. When done at the correct temperature, this does not require multiple attempts, it simply takes time and stirring. We also offered a full replacement, while being transparent that we could not guarantee a replacement would not crystallise again due to external temperatures.
Regarding the pipette, we sent a replacement bottle and pipette, which you received. You later stated that you transferred the oil to another bottle, this was a personal choice, as the replacement pipette could have been used without doing so.
You do not comment on whether the product itself was ineffective. Given the focus of your review, we can reasonably infer that potency was not the issue, and we’re pleased the product worked as intended.
Finally, we strongly dispute the claim that our communication was “consistently rude.” Our correspondence consisted of a single, factual and professional email explaining crystallisation, storage, and replacement options. We also went above and beyond what was required to resolve the issue. At no point were our staff anything other than polite and professional, despite receiving derogatory language in return. Readers are welcome to judge this for themselves based on the facts presented.

found this company good at first , recent order completely changed that i ordered soft capsule 10mg , I get a phone call which I missed due to being at work , I then noticed I had also recieved a email saying they were out of stock and they could send a diffrent product, I replied as I didn't want the higher strength no reply from them.and they sent the product I didn't want , will not shop.with this company again

At the time of dispatch, the 10mg capsules were temporarily out of stock. We attempted to contact you by both phone and email prior to dispatch to discuss this and advise of an alternative. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response before the courier collection.
To avoid delaying your order, we dispatched the 25mg capsules, which are a higher-value product, at no additional cost. This was done as a goodwill gesture and not in a malicious way, as most customers respond positively to receiving a higher-strength product.
Your email advising that you did not want the higher strength was received after the item had already been dispatched, at which point it was no longer possible to stop or recall the parcel.
We did not receive any further communication from you after delivery to advise that the issue remained unresolved. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to resolve this for you.

This company scams people's next day delivery and doesn't deliver on time or offer a refund on the postage.
Then they respond via email or telephone with the most abrasive / abusive way possible.
Also horrible cheap quality products.

Good afternoon, You have not purchased from us previously and have not received your first order from us yet due to delayed delivery with the courier service so please do not leave false reviews about our products. We use the highest quality ingredients which are all lab tested and certified.
This customer emailed with regards to a late delivery, the customer was rude and abusive on the phone to staff members and swore and used derogatory language. An order was placed on Tuesday 03 June at 12:03am and was despatched on the 4th of June due to our courier service not turning up for collection on the 3rd and is showing an estimated delivery of today. Yodel have until 9pm at night to deliver. Majority of our customers have been understand about this however instead of politely emailing about the order he was rude and demanded a refund because of the delay when it was explained we could not offer this and we were still in the terms and conditions time frame a bad review was threatened followed by an abusive phone call.
